Location was stunning
Nowhere to get a drink in Minster Mill, had to walk over to the pub
The location.
Breakfast service was not great and disorganized.
The staff were poor and unhelpful and the room was dated and too warm. The taps wouldn’t work in the bathroom.
Great location very pretty and good value for money
The room didn’t have all its lights working and no maid visited the room during the two nights
Had a lovely stay . Breakfast was fresh and lovely . Rooms were quite cool even though it was very hot outside. Bathroom was great . Shower pressure was great. Very lovely choice
The location, and the buildings are beautiful
The bed mattress was awful , the bathroom was very old and in need of refurbishing as was the room
The hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the Cotswolds, making it a perfect base for exploring the region. It’s an idyllic place, by the river, with gorgeous Minster Lovell at just walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorate and the staff is warm and friendly. The food served at both the restaurant and the Old Swan pub just across the road is delicious, being the perfect complement to such a memorable stay.
lovely setting very helpful staff great accomodation
We stayed in the garden room as a couple with a small dog, it was perfect.
Excellent decor, loved the open doors into the fresh air, great shower and added bonus of a fan for a very hot bank holiday weekend.
The grounds of the hotel property are beautiful, very peaceful and secluded would honestly stay here again. Very calm and wholesome with walks around the grounds. Local pub Old Swan and whit heart in walking distance.
The grounds
Over priced, deluxe rooms were very basic and over priced.
The food was standard and over priced
Setting and staff were great
Room was very small and hot and the room wasn’t cleaned during the stay
Situated in a lovely hamlet. There was a lovely old fashioned pub next door. Our room had a little conservatory attached to it so that was nice.
I didn’t dislike anything… however the coffee machine was broken so it was disappointing not to be able to have a coffee in the morning and sit in the conservatory.
We loved the location and the staff were very friendly!
The room could do with a bit of tlc, needs a bit of paint. Bed was very comfortable though and we loved the wooden beams!
hotel beautiful and location
our room was tiny and exoensive
