Wonderful staff, great location
Pros:

Staff were amazing & went above and beyond, for example printing our anniversary menu as a keepsake, helping with taxis, upgrading our room etc. Really good service! Great location where you can walk to most things. Would come back, lovely stay.

Spa area could be updated & hot tub temp could be higher but fine as is.
