Bâtisse extraordinaire, situation exceptionnelle.
Le plaisir de se retrouver dans un endroit hors norme, avec un personnel souriant, efficace et à l'écoute.
Un restaurant dans une superbe Rotonde avec petit déjeuner et magnifique dîner, digne d'un étoilé Michelin.
Un restaurant sur une superbe terrasse avec une carte plus légère mais tout aussi bonne.

Cons:

La salle de bain avait un grand besoin de rafraichissement:
Elle disposait de tout le nécessaire mais était l'une des dernières à n'avoir pas été refaite.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Biarritz
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful and has great location to get everywhere by foot. The stuff is very professional and eager to help in every situation. Espesially I would like to highlight concierge service- consultants work fantastically and arrange everything one could desire while keeping in mind all your preferences. Restaurants offer different cuisine so anyone can find its favorite food.

Cons:

The gym is large and nice but i would add more stuff for fuctional training since there is only good cardio and pilates zone. It wasn't convenient for me to do fuctional in hotel's gym so I started going to La Loge because it has all necessary stuff.

A must stay experience in Biarritz for the discriminating traveler
Pros:

Absolutely spectacular hotel from the setting to the polite and accommodating staff and the city of Biarritz as the backdrop. Having stayed at high-end hotels all over the world, I can definitively say this experience was magical and without parallel for my tastes. You felt welcome and transported in time with this palace by the sea.

Luxury that the price promises
Pros:

The best - but you do pay for it. staff friendliness and service very high. The rest meets to level of luxury to be expected. Location is unbetable.
