安眠妨害させられた最悪なホテルスタッフの対応

夜の22時過ぎに、就寝中に携帯に電話がかかってきて起こされ、隣の部屋から騒音の苦情が出ているので静かにしてくれと言われた。事実関係も確認せずに一方的に悪者なさせられ、安眠出来なかった。 結局、クレームを言ってきた部屋からの騒音が酷く、逆にクレームを伝え部屋を変えてもらったが、あまりにもフロントの対応が酷く、その夜は落ち着いて眠ることができなかった。

子供もいなく、全体的に落ち着いた雰囲気でまた来たいと思える所でした。
Pros:

朝食無料　パンもフワフワでおいしかったです。
食べ終わってトレーをふいていたらお気遣いありがとうございます？的なことを言われた。
全体的に綺麗でアメニティが選べたりお風呂用の鞄があったりとまた来たいと思えるところでした。特に夫は、健康水がおいしかったとのことです。
チェックアウトの時も受付に寄らず出ていっていいところも自由度は高く満足でした。

Cons:

お風呂の混雑具合がリアルタイムでみれるというシステムが、30分以上経っても変わらず、小さく表示とは異なりますと説明書きがあり
実際にいってみるとひとりだったので、
更新ボタン？みたいなのがあればよかった。
あと、お風呂用のバスタオルとかをどう返却すればいいか迷ったので、
お風呂の脱衣場にボックスを置いておくかしたらいいかなと。私が見つけられなかっただけかもしれないですが。
あと、お部屋のライトがまぶしかったので、
調節もしくは、もっと柔らかい光にできたらいいなと思いました。

とても良く満足です。また飯田に来たらまた利用します。
Pros:

清潔感がありスタッフも感じが良く、朝ごはんも美味しかったです。特にパイ生地のパンやクロワッサンが美味しかったです。お風呂も温泉で良かったです。

Cons:

宿泊した施設の良くなかった点は特にありませんが、強いて言えば自社アプリなどがありながら、宿泊予約サイトの方が圧倒的に安い値段設定はよく分からなかったです。
ツインの部屋があると良いと思います。(ロフトタイプでは無く)

とても快適
Pros:

ベッドが広く、テレビが大きかった。大浴場も嬉しい。朝食も良かったです。快適でした。

Cons:

強いて言えば、入り口の人感センサーの照明の使い方がよくわからなかったので、どこかに説明があると良かったです。選べる枕は残っておらず試せなかったので少し残念でした。
