Great place to stay in Nice
Pros:

Very well placed hotel, you can do everything by foot.
Beach just across the street and lot's of places to go nearby.
Staff is helpfull and polite

Cons:

Gym is very poor and no outside pool. Had to convince staff from SPA to allow me to take a shower after the day at the beach and after check out.

Immer wieder gerne zu Gast in diesem tollen 4 Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Sind öfters dort. Hotel ist in perfekter Lage. Gegenüber ist direkt ein klasse Beachclub.
Zimmer sind schön. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon sind der Hammer.

Cons:

Auch wenn die Zimmer mit Meerblick wunderschön sind, und der Blick aufs Meer sich lohnt, ist es durch den Straßenverkehr Abends sehr laut.

Cons:

when I booked the room I chosed "city view" instead "sea view". The room "City View" was disaster. such a bad position of the room. We asked the manager to change the room, but nıt worked at all. the manager was so unfriendly and they did not change our room. Never stay in that hotel, no way. I am attaching "the City View Photos" as well.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend für einen sonnigen Aufenthalt in Nizza. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Wunderbar! Das Zimmer war groß, hoch, gut klimatisiert mit ausreichend Stauraum. Das Personal war freundlich, aber nicht aufmerksam. Mit Ausnahme der Reinigungskräfte, die das Zimmer schon während des Frühstücks gleich morgens wie von Zauberhand wieder gemacht haben. Das Bett war außergewöhnlich komfortabel.

Cons:

Der Zustand des Hotels insgesamt ist leider schon deutlich im abgenutzten Bereich. Zersessene Sofas in der Lobby. Zentimeterdicke! Staubansammlungen auf dem Dach des gläsernen Aufzugs, der auch nicht sauber ist. Ein wirklich miserabler Wasserzufluss in der Dusche, eher ein Getröpfel als ein Strahl. Die Abflüsse in der Dusche und im Waschbecken sind sehr träge. Infolge sieht das alles immer schmuddelig aus, auch nach der täglichen Reinigung.
Und dann wäre da noch das WLAN auf dem Zimmer; es ist so langsam und ungenügend, dass es sich plansichter nicht nutzen lässt. In der Bar klappt es.
Am Ende überwiegen zwar die positiven Aspekte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt indes nicht wirklich - die bedeutenden Mängel lassen sich auch nicht mit Hochsaison etc. erklären. Ich würde nicht wieder kommen.

Good spa use e.g. a pool, sauna and steam room and but charged for its use is a little excessive when you are already paying for a 4 star experience.
