Pros:

Toda estrutura de convivência e do quarto são ótimas. Chuveiro bom, cama boa, ar condicionado bom, limpeza do quarto ótima, localização é maravilhosa a poucos metros do cocobongo e todos os melhores bares e restaurantes. Ter as opções dos 4 restaurantes é um plus maravilhoso.

El hotel divino, el personal en especial Damariz la chica que me ayudo a organizar todo desde antes de mi llegado fabulosa, el personal de aseo, meseros, chef, todos maravillosos❤️Sin duda el calor humano y la calidez hacen qué la estadía sea más amena!

Cons:

El personal de seguridad, tuve un inconveniente con una seguridad que me trato de manera despectiva y se noto su manifestación de racismo qué por el tono de mi color, yo no podía estar en dicho hotel, que quien me había dejado entrar, aun yo portando mi brazalete de socia (Otra estafa más que te venden a tu llegada, como una Propuesta de inversión y demás, no caigan en eso) portando 2 brazaletes de dicho hotel y la chica de manera grosera y altanera me trato a mi y a mi esposo como intrusos dentro del hotel, situación que quiso empañar nuestra estadía de 7dias, que apenas iniciaban, sin embargo decidimos pasar la página y resaltar la amabilidad del resto del personal del hotel y sus restaurantes tanto el Mediterráneo, como Las Velas, si o si tienes que visitarlos❤️

Buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, el muelle de donde salen los ferrys a Isla Mujeres está a menos de 10 min caminando. La playa se veía linda, desafortunadamente nos tocó sargazo.

Había dos elevadores y solo uno estaba funcionando, para la cantidad de gente que había hospedada, no era suficiente

La ubicacion frente a una de las mejores playas.

Cons:

El acoso del. Personal para venderme un paquete de masajes. Me perseguían por todos lados,apenas estaba entrando a la habitacion y ya me estaban llamando para venderme estos paquetes a pesar que les habia dicho que veniamos de un largo viaje y lo que queriamos era descansar. No me dejaban en paz. Cada vez que bajaba, me abordaban.
Por otro lado, la bulla que hacen los huéspedes los f8nes de semana.

We had a great experience staying at this property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The staff was always friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

A special thank you to Aurora Ramos for her amazing attention and support throughout our stay. She was always attentive, kind, and willing to help with anything we needed, including our reservations. Her professionalism and customer service truly made a difference in our experience.

We also want to mention Dulce, our server at the beach, who was incredible the entire time. She always made sure my tumbler was refilled and that we always had drinks without even having to ask. Her attentiveness and positive attitude made our beach days even better.

We truly appreciated everyone’s hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

UNQUE NO TIENE MUCHAS SILLAS POR PARTE DEL HOTEL PARA DISFRUTAR DE LA PLAYA CON SOMBRA, TAMBIEN FALTAN SILLAS EN LA PISCINA, POR LO AGLOMERADO QUE ES, NO ACEPTAN EFECTIVO EN NINGUN TRAGO, POR LO DEMAS TODO BIEN, SOLO HAY UN ASCENSOR QUE DEMORA MUCHO EL TRASLADO DE SUBIDA Y BAJADA A LOS CUARTOS.
