Nice stay, but not the room we booked.

Clean and nice.

Cons:

I booked a King size bed room, when checking in was told it was not available even though I paid extra for it. We resorted to sleeping in two individual beds for our honey moon.

As soon as we stepped foot everyone greeted us with a smile. Check in and check out we’re super simple. Amenities were pretty good for the price that we paid. Love how it’s right in front of the ocean. The employeee Felipe was AMAZING. He helped us book our tours, he was so sweet and helpful.

Cons:

Neighboring rooms had service and the plates and cups were on the side of the hallways for the majority part of the day. Someone of them had a couple flies, not a big deal. We understand it happens but other people may be a bit more picky.

El desayuno muy variado. Cumplió mis espectativas. El personal muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta. Frente a la playa. cerca de los night club. Restaurantes y centro comercial.

Cons:

Lo q menos me gustó fue irme de hay. Me hicieron sentir como en casa siempre.

Pros:

A localização do hotel é ótima, próxima ao Coco Bongo, linhas de ônibus, bares e restaurantes. É um hotel estruturado e ao mesmo tempo acolhedor, fácil de se locomover e acessar as piscinas e comodidades. Acho melhor que aqueles resorts imensos que temos que caminhar quilômetros para chegar a algum local de interesse.

Cons:

Hotel com quarto antigo e a limpeza deixou a desejar. Pegamos dias com muito sargaço na praia (isso não é culpa do hotel) mas acho que também prejudicou a experiência.

Toda estrutura de convivência e do quarto são ótimas. Chuveiro bom, cama boa, ar condicionado bom, limpeza do quarto ótima, localização é maravilhosa a poucos metros do cocobongo e todos os melhores bares e restaurantes. Ter as opções dos 4 restaurantes é um plus maravilhoso.

El hotel divino, el personal en especial Damariz la chica que me ayudo a organizar todo desde antes de mi llegado fabulosa, el personal de aseo, meseros, chef, todos maravillosos❤️Sin duda el calor humano y la calidez hacen qué la estadía sea más amena!

El personal de seguridad, tuve un inconveniente con una seguridad que me trato de manera despectiva y se noto su manifestación de racismo qué por el tono de mi color, yo no podía estar en dicho hotel, que quien me había dejado entrar, aun yo portando mi brazalete de socia (Otra estafa más que te venden a tu llegada, como una Propuesta de inversión y demás, no caigan en eso) portando 2 brazaletes de dicho hotel y la chica de manera grosera y altanera me trato a mi y a mi esposo como intrusos dentro del hotel, situación que quiso empañar nuestra estadía de 7dias, que apenas iniciaban, sin embargo decidimos pasar la página y resaltar la amabilidad del resto del personal del hotel y sus restaurantes tanto el Mediterráneo, como Las Velas, si o si tienes que visitarlos❤️
