Pros:

Posizione, in prossimità della Ztl ma fuori dal caos della zona centrale

Cons:

Parcheggio a 150 metri dal hotel. Accoglienza abbastanza piatta, orientata piu alla accoglienza dei gruppi che al singolo.

Attentive and courteous concierge
Pros:

The hotel’s concierge, Michele, was extremely helpful in resolving my problem posting a letter. I had been to a post office and two other shops (which were supposed to sell stamps, but didn’t). I spoke to Michele and explained this and he said he would handle it. He personally found a post office, paid the postage and sent it. He then took a photo of the letter as a receipt and gave me change from the money I’d given him for this purpose.
Michele went above my expectations in assisting me in this task! Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

La ubicacion excelente, la habitacion muy bonita, el desayuno es bueno y los meseros amables.

Cons:

La puerta de la ducha hace que el agua se salga mientras uno se bana, el desayuno le falta mas variedad.

Tiny bathroom with Moldy shower and Poor Service
Pros:

Our stay began with a frustrating check-in experience. We arrived about 90 minutes before check-in and were told by Giuseppe that our room was not ready. He asked us to wait in the lobby bar and said someone would let us know when it became available.

After waiting until nearly an hour past the scheduled check-in time, we returned to the front desk. The staff seemed surprised because our room had apparently been ready for some time, but no one contacted us.

The room was also not the Junior Suite we expected based on the booking and the hotel’s website. It was much smaller and had a tiny desk placed in the hallway. When we raised the issue, the front desk claimed the hotel had two types of Junior Suites. We later reviewed the hotel’s website and found nothing supporting this explanation.

The bathroom was extremely small and had no counter space for toiletries or personal items. There was also visible mold on the shower ceiling, and the shower leaked water across the bathroom floor. We reported these issues but were told the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. Giuseppe was rude, dismissive, and offered little help.

The location was also inconvenient for visiting many of Rome’s major attractions, including the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and other popular tourist areas. We often needed taxis to get around, and the fares added up quickly.

The hotel may look appealing online, but the poor service, room condition, misleading room description, and inconvenient location made this a very disappointing stay. The experience created a terrible start to our vacation, and we would not stay here again.

Look Elsewhere in summer
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing, kind and sweet. Especially Georgia. Coffee and croissant was delicious

Cons:

Air-conditioning did not work before 25 on 39 & 30 degree days. At night I called amd asked for a fan, some ice and milk for a coffee only the fan arrived. No one cared to chase up ice or coffee when I did the ice had to be paid to the restaurant for it as the hotel doesn't have an ive machine and the restaurant only has packs if ice to buy!!!! The curtain did not reach the side so all night bright bein light was in room after spending a whole dad in emergency at hospital. Bed broken also. Worst hotel in italy

Muito bem localizado, todos funcionários muito simpáticos, quarto de bom tamanho, amenities úteis, bom chuveiro, café da manhã excelente, assim como o restaurante anexo. Pratos bem servidos, saborosos e preço honesto.
