Rooms could be updated
Very basic, no air conditioning in rooms
Very basic
It was comfortable enough. Not too far out of the city.
As usual with UK hotels, no aircon, no fridge in the room, drinks were quite expensive. No smart TV.
Good breakfast and staff
The staff, super friendly - super cooperative, understanding and kind.
The property is kinda feeling old, looks like need some renovation, im talking about rooms, not the communal area. Communal area is good.
Windows open and the room had a fan. Lovely bathroom facilities.
Net curtain was torn on the outer edge. Not obvious until we opened the window.
Room size, TV
Hospitality tray

Staff lovely, very nice welcome, thankyou
Dressing gown, slippers
Bed comfortable
Linen good quality
Good bar
Fire procedure, information and protocol when alarm went off at 12.30am
Distressed elderly people struggling to get out of their rooms, confused and frightened
No fire warden checking- told by other guests to go back to our rooms
Fire escapes not used, residents using corridors to leave-no information whether it was a fire or not
Protocol is usually people leave the building to a muster station until the area is confirmed safe, before returning to rooms after a role call?
Perhaps different protocol in hotels?
..........
Room 148 privedge room
Room dusty in places, chair dusty and stained on seat.
Mould ++ on inside of left hand curtain along bottom and in pleats
Mould on area around sliding window. Mould can cause respiratory problems, especially for asthmatics. This area smelt damp
Evening meal very nice
Working the shower
Clean, full amenities better than premier inn where I usually stay, spacious, great location
If become very picky then the bed could be more comfortable a king size or double single mattress rather than twin joined together
Staff.
No aircon.
The floors were cricking the fire alarm went off around 11:30 but guest weren't actually sure what to do
