It’s a big hotel, the location isn’t bad
Dirty!
Bathroom smelled of stale urine. The shower head rusty. The toilet flush faulty.
The communal areas have dying plants, everything needs a good deep clean
Paid £200 for a one night bed and breakfast for two, stale bread at the breakfast buffet, asked staff for fresh bread, and met with a look of horror!
It’s clear that they are in cahoots with coach companies to make the most profit from people on the coach trips!
Would I stay again? No way and definitely would not recommend it!
Το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο και άνετο. Η τοποθεσία είναι καλή, περπατάς 10 λεπτά μέχρι τους βασικούς δρόμους που περνούν τα λεωφορεία για το κέντρο και για το αεροδρόμιο. Το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό.
Μείναμε 5 βράδια και στις υπηρεσίες που είχαν δεν ήταν μέσα η αλλαγή πετσετών και σακούλες σκουπιδιών.

The hotel eas clean and room had plenty of space. Good size for a family of 3.
The mattress and duvets were so uncomfortable and the room had no fridge. Also had no phone.
Unfortunately, we did not like anything about this property. The cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, and overall condition of the hotel did not meet our expectations, making our stay very disappointing.
The experience was disappointing from the beginning. They accepted the booking through Booking.com, but whenever we sent messages, the staff kept saying, “I’m not the one handling it,” instead of helping or directing us to someone who could.
The room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a long time. The bathroom door lock was not working, the beds were old and uncomfortable, and the furniture appeared outdated. The corridors were also very dirty, making the hotel feel poorly maintained.
Be careful with additional charges at check-in. Based on our experience, the hotel may ask you to pay extra upon arrival, so make sure you verify all charges before making any payment.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend staying here.
Room like a box no ventilation even after shower you need to open your main door to pass out the stream after using hot shower really disappointing.

The room was dirty and the light in the bathroom was faulty and despite complaining to reception only got fixed the day before we left . We were unable to shower for 3 days due to the room being so dark
