Location was perfect for getting to the city.
The staff were all nice. Waited 20 minutes to order a drink in the bar but no one came so we left.
The public toilets they had were not cleaned once, the entire 4 days I was there. No hand soap, and filthy toilet bowls.
My bedroom wasnt very nice. Very stained and very old toilet seat. The shower rail was so corroded that if you used it, the whole thing would come away from the wall. The nail was rusty as anything.
Pubic hairs left on the shower mat. Dirty teaspoons on the tea tray. No air conditioning or sockets near the bed to put a fan in.
The noise from renovating the kitchen underneath me was really loud, kept me awake while I was there.

I found the staff to be a little abrupt in their response to queries , also the pillows were like sleeping on rocks! Extremely uncomfortable
the bed is too soft, not comfortable to sleep
Bed was really comfy. My room was close to the reception which really helped me as I had finished marathon and my legs were sore and I was generally exhausted. Bathroom was spacious, bathtub was massive (I’m 183cm tall) and I could easily fit myself. Easy check in, quick payment, no issues.
Weird that only one person was at reception because when I’ve asked if anyone could help me with my bag, receptionist said she’s the only one there and she couldn’t help me (understandable tbf). Overall nice property.
The property is central and in a good location. We checked out in the morning and our luggage was stored securely until our return. Staff allowed us to have a shower when we returned from completing the half marathon and we really appreciated that thank you
We felt the room was expensive it didn’t have a window we did use the fan but the air in the room was warm and humid so didn’t sleep too well. For the price breakfast should have been included

It was a regular room. Big and clean, seemed somewhat old. The space was great and everything worked accordingly (Wifi, TV). Temperature wise, it was great and the hotel people were really helpful when needed.
The price was a little bit excesive for what it was. The place needed more indications as it is a big hotel and I got lost several times. I don't know if they were supposed to clean the room on, but they didn't after my first night. Sound wise, you can hear absolutely anything that goes around the hallways
