Worst hotel ive stayed in period
Pros:

Booked here for a night for a concert! Absolutely never ever again would i stay here. The hotel is in desperate need of a facelift. So dirty. Our room was disgusting grime everywhere pee stains on mattress cover. Bathroom dirty. £240 for a night is a joke tbh! Its not even worth £50 a night. Rotten hotel avoid avoid avoid.

ll mio soggiorno all'Hotel Britannia di Edimburgo è stato purtroppo molto deludente. L'aspetto più grave è stato il livello di pulizia, decisamente al di sotto di uno standard accettabile. La moquette della camera era piena di macchie evidenti, dando un'impressione di scarsa igiene e manutenzione.

Anche il bagno presentava problemi: lo sciacquone funzionava male, causando notevoli disagi durante il soggiorno.

La situazione non migliorava nell'area dedicata alla colazione, dove ho trovato più volte i tavoli sporchi e non adeguatamente puliti tra un cliente e l'altro.

Mi auguro che la direzione prenda seriamente in considerazione queste criticità e intervenga per migliorare gli standard di pulizia e manutenzione, perché la posizione dell'hotel e il potenziale della struttura meriterebbero un servizio decisamente migliore.

Staff were not very customer focused, all front of house and bar staff did not seem interested at all, also found it difficult to understand that if i have paid to stay in your hotel why do i need to pay to park there?

Stayed for a concert and had limited options, otherwise wouldn’t choose to stay here
Pros:

Towels and bedding clean, bed was relatively comfortable

Cons:

Very expensive for what you get which is a tired room needing a refresh. Noise levels high from the corridor and rooms above. No chance of getting in the car park

I didn’t like anything about it! The place is hanging and in need of some serious TLC. Bed which were clearly urine stained as well disgusting

Location good but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Location was good.
There is a bar in the hotel.

Cons:

Room smelt damp.
Staff were not rude but not engaging, no smile, no chat, no welcome.
Parking- to make sure you get a space I’d book elsewhere. No availability for our visit.
We found it expensive for one night for this hotel.
