Locals who love it.
Pros:

My daughter and I are local and had a staycation here before she turns double digits. Knowing we were there for her birthday, the staff treated her with so much attention and made her feel special. I can't say enough about how enjoyable the trip was. We spent most of our time at the pool, ate on site, and ordered room service for breakfast.

We will definitely be back, and may even get a resort pass for the pool as locals.

Great Staff and Service!
Pros:

The staff were some of the most kind and courteous hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They went out of their way to make you feel welcome. We had mobility challenged family members with us and the staff could not have been any kinder and helpful to us and them.

Omni hotel Houston
Pros:

This hotel is impressive. I was there on a weekend. they had weddings & activities every day, so much much to see happy people at their lobby. Never felt overwhelmed or crowded. NEVER heard noise in my room. The staff is super friendly. the hotel is very clean. My room was spacious, clean & bed/pillows very comfortable. I slept thru the night. Overall, this hotel was excellent!!

Nice pools and quiet location

Cons:

Only one smoking area out by valet…I understanding smoking is not everyone’s thing but a lot of people still smoke. Should have a smoking section by the pool. Also the nail salon was closed due to no nail tech. The entire reason I booked here was for the spa for my gf to get her nails done. Nothing showed it was closed on the website and the front desk staff didn’t even know. Pretty dissatisfied with that.

Extremely attentive staff -- shout out Alex and Mo. Rooms were spacious and clean. The cool weather didn't allow us to use the pool but it was pretty and clean! The grounds were beautiful. Was no disturbed by any noises. We booked our rooms during a Black Friday special for a family member's wedding. The location was fantastic close to everything we needed.

Great family stay!
Pros:

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and beautiful pools! The location was set back and you are surrounded by a beautiful pond and tall trees. You didn’t hear excessive noise (for example, kids running around or loud TV’s or people talking) in your room.

Houston Omni does it right.
Pros:

We attending the Family Life - “Weekend to Remeber” the the Houston Omni. We were COMPLETELY AMAZED by the service and hospitality! Very attentive and responsive to any need. The conference had 600 attendees and there was 3 weddings as well, and yet it didn’t feel crowded and we got more attention than needed or deserved. They were quick to comp something if not perfect. Well done!
