Unforgettable Memorable Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions, dining, and shopping. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and our suite was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The property was quiet, making for a restful stay.

The service was outstanding. A special thank you to Amanda at the Front Office for her friendly and professional assistance, and to the housekeeping team for keeping our suite impeccably clean throughout our visit.

We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again!

Memorial Day stay with family two rooms and another couple both had very bad experiences
Pros:

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The biggest issue wasn’t even the room/stay itself — it was how management handled concerns. Staff and managers came across as dismissive and uninterested in resolving problems or showing basic customer care. When guests bring up issues, professionalism and empathy matter, and that was completely lacking here. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling ignored rather than valued as a customer. I would not choose to stay here again.

Cons:

Le serveur du bar ! Nous avons été à 2 reprises boire un cocktail et le serveur manquait de prestance par rapport au prestige du bar.

Corner suite offered excellent views and space for the money. We love the opportunity to have a separate living space.

If possible, nightstands and a or a dresser would be helpful. Closet organizers would also be great.

Clean and comfortable. Exceptional room attention but all other things spoiled and I would not stay here again.

Room faced the Main Street where there was lots of noise.
I think we were located in a somewhat ‘bad’ area at night.
Front staff, the one we got was not welcoming at all.
Also be careful there is bottled water that is complimentary for the first day then you have to pay. I a

There was also team and coffee again no costing so we assumed free - wrong again.

Pros:

Location was great, easy to get around, room was spotless, lobby was stylish with plenty of room to get work done and have conversations. I was expecting a room facing the street to be a little loud, but it wasn't really a problem during my weeknight stay at all.

Cons:

Breakfast and coffee was delicious, but it's a small cafe to handle all the guests, and there were long lines, so I only ate there one morning. (Honestly the pastries were incredible and I would've liked to try a few more another day!)
