The room was spacious and clean, the service was excellent.
Our stay was excellent. We had a wonderful time, and the hotel was very cozy and clean. It is extremely well located, and all the facilities were well maintained. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Everything we could possibly need was available. The staff was also very friendly, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel. I truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel in guter Lage, touristische Ziele (Cable Car, Market Street) sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, etliche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung;
SF hat offensichtlichg ein Thema mit Obdachlosigkeit, auch in guten Lagen; vom Hotel in Richtung Ferry Building/Market Street kein Problem, in die andere Richtung ist es allerdings schon gewöhnungsbedürftig; wir fühlten uns allerdings nie unsicher - auch nicht am Abend!
The place was clean, well staffed, and the piano lounge was a very nice feature. There was shopping and dining neardy.
No hotel parking was available, but there was a public garage within very close walking distance.
