Luxe hotel, bedden vallen tegen
Pros:

Prachtig hotel midden in het centrum van Brisbane. Je stapt de achterzijde zo de luxe winkelstraat in. Zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeer uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

De bedden zijn voor 2 personen redelijk smal (1.40m) en waren hard geveerd. Je verwacht bij zo'n luxe hotel iets confortabelere boxspringbedden.

Good stay, well serviced, very helpful, efficient staff. Fabulous location.
Pros:

Reception and checkout was very smooth and staff were excellent. Only overnighting so did not use the wider facilities of the hotel. Room was great.

Cons:

We were really surprised (taken aback) by the very poor quality of the toilet paper! Haven't experienced worse, anywhere. Was totally out step with the rest of the hotel but so noticeable. Strange, but also annoying.

The breakfast options were great

Cons:

The room was covered in dust, some drinks were opened by previous customers and left in the pantry. There wasn't a two pillow option on the beds which many hotels offer for comfortability in sleep arrangements
