Prima verblijf vlakbij hoofdsnelweg in Cairo
Pros:

Voor wat we moesten betalen was de kamer echt prima, best ruim en een ruim 2persoons bed, niet te hard, niet te zacht, kamer met uitzicht op zwembad, geen lawaai van de straat. Zwembad was prima. Fruitmandje bij aankomst.
Je moet de service niet vergelijken met onze Europese standaard, maar voor midden oosten was het hotel best goed.
De aanwezigheid van meerdere restaurants en een ATM is prima.
Ze bieden gratis shuttlebus naar vliegveld en een shoppingmall.

Cons:

Bij de telefoon geen uitleg op welk nummer receptie, housekeeping, roomservice te bereiken was. Dat moeten ze verbeteren! De wifi was niet erg sterk. Het bruiloftsfeest dat er donderdagavond gaande was, gaf wel enige geluidsoverlast, het feest duurde tot 4 uur in de nacht, daar is vooraf geen melding van gemaakt, dat hadden ze best kunnen doen.
De lobby was een drukke bedoeling, veel mensen kwamen in en uit, een verzameling van koffers. Niet een plek om rustig te zitten, maar wel weer om te genieten van mensen kijken en chaos. Al met al zouden wij er zo weer teruggaan.

Email Korrespondenz und Kommunikation per Telefone sehr schwach, hat mehrere Telefonate gebraucht bis ein zuständiger Mitarbeiter am Telefon war danach einfach an die Finanz abteilen weitergeleitet wegen die Rechnung.
