موظفه الاستقبال ريتا على قدر عالي من الاخلاق والتفاني في مساعده النزيل والسيد اشرف من الكونسيرج كلاهما رائعين
عدم وجود محلات ومطاعم قريبه من الفندق
مدينة نصر قريب من المطار
افطار غير متنوع متكرر يوميا
مقابل المبلغ المدفوع لم يتم احتساب الافطار مع الحجز وهذه نقطة لابد ان يتم التفاهم عليها من قبل الفندق
وندفع مبلغ 700 جنيه يومياً لعدد افراد غرفتين
الغرف مجددة شكراً لكم ولكن الحمامات لم يتم اكتمال تجديدها بشكل كامل ، أبواب الحمامات كانت شكلا فقط جميلة ولكن عملياً غير ذات جدوى الاخوة والاخوات في الاستقبال اشكرهم على سعة صدورهم جداً فردا فردا وأما بخصوص المساج والجاكوزي يحتاج له اعادة تطوير بالكامل والتايلندية لاتنفع أخلاق صفر ويفضل من الجنسية المصرية والمغربية انظف بشكل كبير
