Da localização e do café da manhã.

Cons:

O horário de check-in marcado pelo hotel era das 16h às 17h, chegamos por volta das 16h30, pediram para esperar porque não havia quarto vago, disseram que fariam um upgrade, pois não havia quarto. Ficamos na recepção quase uma hora aguardando, no final, não teve upgrade nenhum, pelo contrário. Reservamos um quarto para três pessoas, mas chegando no quarto, havia apenas uma cama de casal e toalhas de banho apenas para duas pessoas. Desci e fiz uma reclamação na recepção, informaram que iriam resolver, ficamos no quarto aguardando e nada foi feito. Já passei por muitos hotéis e esta é a primeira vez que tenho este tipo de tratamento. Cobram por um serviço e entregam outro. Tivemos que dormir em três numa cama de casal.

Poco chiaro cosa comprende il soggiorno, abbiamo chiesto più volte quale fosse la nostra sala x la colazione e solo a fine soggiorno ci hanno detto che era una diversa da quella indicata il primo giorno

My stay was average, the hotel had some good positives, but the negatives left a poor impression
Pros:

Location of hotel was great and very close to all tourist attractions, easy to catch the train, good restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

Room, was small. Cleaning of rooms, was a major issue, we virtually had to beg by calling reception numerous times to get the rooms cleaned. Our rooms were cleaned on the third day. The corridors was dirty and daily there was old linen and room service crockery left in the corridor. The upkeep and cleanliness in and around the hotel was a miss, management has to pay attention to the finer details if they claim to be a 5 star hotel. I noticed similar complaints from guest as long a year back - its evident that management is giving lip service and not actually correcting the issues raised by guests.

Cons:

The hotel offers a luggage storage service, so I left my backpack there before check-in. I made it very clear that it contained extremely expensive camera equipment.

When the backpack was returned to me, it was open. All of the lens caps had come off, one was missing, and one of my lenses had been scratched. Judging by the condition of the equipment, the backpack appears to have been dropped or handled with extreme carelessness.

What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s response. The staff and the manager showed no real concern, took no responsibility, and simply said there was nothing they could do. They did not even review the security camera footage or make any meaningful effort to investigate what had happened.

I felt completely helpless and deeply disappointed by the hotel’s careless handling of my belongings and its total lack of accountability afterward.

I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, especially if you are travelling with valuable items.
