Great location says it all with the balcony rooms being the best!!!!!
Pros:

Excellent amenities with a great pool in the French Quarter. Late check outs are complimentary with certain rooms.

Cons:

False fire alarm is quite unnerving at 238 in the morning. They dont typically provide the offered early check in.

Location was nice

Cons:

The pool is super super dirty, inside and out. Common areas are not super clean and bedrooms are just ok.
The noise is unbearable. I did not sleep all night

Would like to have known Reno’s were underway before we booked but we made the most of it & booked some river tours
Pros:

The staff were lovely & helpful
The location was good but renovations were underway & we woke to jackhammering overhead each morning. I also spent our last afternoon at the pool to relax only to be blasted with non stop jackhammering drowning out the peace & music so much I had to leave for the room.
