Staff placing us in wrong rooms

One of the highlights of my Fourth of July visit was the woman at the front desk of The Logan, Egypt. She was AWESOME! So very helpful, pleasant, and just happy to be doing her job. I spoke to her on the phone prior to my stay and was looking forward to meeting her. She helped me with a change in my reservation. I had a great room with a view of the Parkway. Although the concert was delayed for hours, I had a great time from start to finish. Happy Birthday, America and thank you, Egypt!!
I liked the size of the room that we got. Personally I also like the location we were in. And finally I like how it wasn't loud.
I liked everything :).
Our family had a wonderful stay at The Logan Hotel, and one of the biggest reasons was Joe at the front desk. We were in town celebrating our son’s 13th birthday, and Joe went above and beyond to help make it extra special. I was in need with printing a paper I forgot at home and he made it happen for me. The sizing wasn’t working from the file I sent him but he took the time to get it all set for me and I am beyond grateful for him!
From the moment we met him, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure our family had a great experience. He took the time to help us with ideas and made us feel like more than just guests. His kindness and attention to detail helped create memories that our son will never forget.
Exceptional customer service like Joe’s is hard to find these days, and he truly made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Joe, for helping make such an important birthday celebration so special. We can’t wait to come back to The Logan Hotel!
The staff and sales team at The Logan are exceptional and a pleasure to work with. The sales team was responsive, organized, and proactive throughout the planning process, making every detail easy to coordinate. I look forward to working with The Logan again for future events.
Great option for Philadelphia overnight!
Had a wonderful stay here for a girls night! Joe C at the front desk is a 10/10, very helpful, professional and just all around awesome! Definitely would recommend!!!!
Samirah was a gem! She went out of her way to make our stay extra wonderful. The hotel was so modern and clean and everyone who worked there was incredibly helpful. Centrally located to lots of great spots to visit. Would definitely stay again!
Outstanding service, help and so friendly
Joe & Latonya are beyond exceptional - made my stay more than exceptional - would stay at The Logan whenever I’m in Philly
The hotel was great and placed in a good location.
We were for the first time in Philadelphia and the hotel was not so far for few interest places of the town.
We spent 2 nights there. In that area there are a few restaurants you can go. Even the hotel has one that was pretty good. We choose to eat to the hotel restaurant due to the fact we were a bit tired walking all day.
The hotel has on the roof kind of bar on which you can drink but also can eat something. Very nice view of the town from there.
The cleanness of the room was also great.
If you come by car you can have a valet option or you can park the car by yourself to a public parking that is just near the hotel.
Overall experience was great and we will come always with pleasure to this hotel.
El hotel es hermoso, la ubicación increíble y me encanto la comida del restaurant que tienen abajo.
Our suite was very comfortable. We spent more time in the room than we ever have before.
My 17 year old granddaughter really wanted to go to the rooftop to see the view but you had to be 21 to enter.
Excellent all around
The Logan hotel and staff are wonderful and made my first trip to Philly extra special, especially Joe who helped us figuring out how to get places around the city and with suggestions of places to go! There are so many sites to see and things to do in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the beds are so comfortable! I cannot wait to visit Philly again and will definitely be staying at The Logan!
The Logan has a great location for a hotel. The service we experienced from the staff was awful. We pulled up to the Logan and the valet didn't greet us. He just asked for our keys. He did not explain the valet process or ask for our name. We later found out that we could park our car at any parking lot next to the hotel for a much more reasonable price ($30 daily compared to $72 with valet). I would highly recommend parking somewhere else and carrying your luggage to the hotel.
The hotel wouldn't let us use a cart for our luggage without using there bellhop service. This is my first time experiencing this at a hotel. When we checked into the hotel, I was told by the hotel staff that I needed to bring my wife's ID to put it on the account. She came back later and the staff member had no idea what my wife was talking about.
Overall, we found the valet staff to be quite hostile and unhelpful. When leaving the hotel, a valet staff member starting yelling at my wife and I about the rotating door. He claimed our luggage had caused it to stop working. At other hotels, valets generally say nice things and wish you a good trip home. Nothing from this crew.
