Overall it was the staff that made very nice

Horrible and Never Again.
Pros:

Was there for a celebration and came to check in and could not check in. Room was not ready until 6:08 pm . Seriously never again. The hot food I brought, was ice cold for my family

Cons:

Had my room ready
Accommodate my room stay and not with points . A night voucher for a free night

The stay was nice. Big problem getting my room. Probably won't come back.
Pros:

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but it looked very nice.

Cons:

Check in suppose to be between 3 and 4pm. Got there at 4pm. Sat in the lobby for an hour and 15 minutes before I got up and got mad at the poor lady at the front desk who was only doing here job.

Do not recommend staying at Embassy Suites St. Louis airport location.
Pros:

Area wasn’t to bad

Cons:

Wasn’t very clean. When walking on tile floor the soles of my shoes would get stuck it was so sticky. The water pressure was non existent. There was only one elevator in service. My room had a microwave but no mini fridge. Even a motel 6 has mini fridge in the rooms. I called to let you them know I would be checking in close to midnight and when I got there at 1145 pm there was no one at the desk and it took 25 minutes before anyone came to the desk. I asked for more towels and never got them.

Pros:

The room I was in just missed the mark completely. Not very clean, tidy or kept up. The common areas are deceiving until you go in your room. Not what I would expect from an Embassy Suites.
