Pros:

The location was very convenient for accessing the train station.
Comfortable bed and nice pillows.

Cons:

Room was small (I had booked "superior") and dated, scuffed doors, very low water pressure in tap and shower.

Pros:

Our room was great. We stayed the top floor and had wonderful views. The size was good and the bed was very comfortable.
Staff were polite and professional.
The hotel is a very short walk from the train station and its location is also ideal as it's within walking distance of the lake, shopping, the old town and restaurants.
We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was delicious. Breakfast offered an extensive range from which to choose.

Perfect location for getting around and a 10/10 helpful & kind staff
Pros:

Great location next to train station & public transportation hub, close to everything. Thought it’d be noisy right there, but it wasn’t at all. Very pleasant lobby if you have to kill time after checkout or before checkin. INCREDIBLE STAFF! During awful hear wave, this was the only hotel in Switzerland with decent A/C that actually handled the 98/100 degree heat we experienced in a 2 week trip.

Schone, prima maar erg kleine en dure kamer
Pros:

Schoon, prima basis kamer. Tegenover Gare de Cornavin, dus makkelijk bereikbaar.

Cons:

Kleine kamer voor hoge prijs. Koffer kon niet open naast bed zonder deuren en kasten te blokkeren.

Location / breakfast was great. A/C works very well which was perfect for Geneva

Cons:

Got the dud room. Any '01 (101/ 201 /301 etc) rooms are much smaller, all have half size doors and small bathroom and unfortunataly a broken or super soft bed.

Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was excellent. The appearance of the hotel, both inside and outside is very good. Dinner was excellent and the service was great.

Cons:

One bottle of “complimentary “ water in a twin room. Not impressed by that. Also one dressing robe! It seems rather mean not to supply enough milk, coffee etc for two people to have at least one drink.

Cons:

The staff at the reception is polite but seems inefficient at times:
1. Unanswered phone calls, even from the room.
2. No TPG travel card. Have stayed there on multiple occasions. Every time the same story - I have to send multiple requests and only get consideration once at the reception counter. In Geneva, the guests are entitled to receive the travel card the day before the actual arrival. Moving forward, please, send me the link in advance without having to beg you. The Warwick is a 4* establishment and deserves a better reception service.
