Great stay at the Warwick! Better than the photos shown.
Pros:

Excellent staff and bell man. Top notch professionalism and grace. We enjoyed our family room set up. It was perfect for our needs. Wish we could have stayed more nights. Also, one of the most things—the rooms have air conditioning!!

Décevant pour un 4 étoiles, je n’ai jamais vu ça

Localisation
Entrée avec l’escalier

Cons:

Pas d’eau froide au robinet, mince filet , de ce fait l’eau de la bouche et du lavabo était bouillante
Impossible de se doucher
Je l’ai annoncé le matin du départ, on ne m’a même pas proposé une réduction…

Le repas du soir était mauvais
Le tiramisu ne ressemblait à rien , pas de forme , une espèce de bouillie

Trop cher pour ce que c’est

Le lit très agréable et la terrasse

Cons:

Le quartier de la gare, les chambres qui sont défraîchies, notre voisin de chambre qui fumait du cannabis sur sa terrasse et le fait que nous n’avons pas été prévenus que l’hôtel était en rénovation.

Great experience all round. 5 star on my opinion
Pros:

The staff at reception, Mohammed was Great! He set the tone for the entire experience.
The room was clean and well worth the price.
The location was incredible, right opposite the station, so convenient

Cons:

Nothing springs to mind. It was GREAT!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and will definitely come back here.
Pros:

It is very close to the station and to the lake. Walking distance from excellent restaurants also. The staff are extremely courteous, polite, kind and helpful. They have so many guests but remember each one by name.
