Cons:

Not fair value for money. Only one staff serving entire hotel past certain hours (we arrived 10.30pm), no room service in the evenings and no food in the hotel, we arrived late and needed food. I requested baby cot and it wasn’t in the room. When asked for it, they brought without mattress and bed sheets, had to ask again. Also no parking, had to pay for overnight parking in the near mall. Overall, poor service and quality of hotel, definitely not 4 stars and not worth the money paid.

ロケーションがとても良かった。スタッフが親切でした。

Cons:

レイクビューの部屋をリクエストしていたのに案内された部屋が反対側の駅の方向でした。新婚の甥夫婦へのプレゼントだったので残念でした。
