The location was perfectly positioned and walkable, and the room was comfortable.

O hotel é muito bom, confortável, bem localizado e com uma equipe atenciosa. Minha experiência com a hospedagem em si foi positiva.
No entanto, tive um problema com o pagamento intermediado pela Booking.com. Eu havia pago integralmente o valor da reserva à Booking.com, mas houve uma divergência no valor repassado ao hotel, e fui cobrada pelo hotel por uma diferença que, na realidade, já havia sido paga à Booking.com.

Quero deixar claro que não considero esse problema uma falha do hotel, que apenas estava cobrando o valor que constava para eles. O problema foi a forma como a Booking.com processou o pagamento e repassou o valor ao hotel. Entrei em contato com a Booking.com, mas até o momento ainda não recebi o reembolso do valor cobrado indevidamente.

Apesar desse transtorno financeiro, gostei bastante do hotel e da hospedagem.

You really can't beat the location of the Riverside Hotel—it's unbelievably convenient and accessible to everything. To top it all off, the service was outstanding across the board, from check-in and valet to the on-site restaurants. There is absolutely no reason not to love this hotel! While the bathroom could stand to be a little larger, everything was in perfect working order. Highly recommended!

First class stay! Quinto Perichon, the front desk manager was able to help us get an upgraded room and took very good care of us during our stay! The room was very clean and overall our stay was a fantastic experience. I would recommend to anybody and will definitely be coming back to the Riverside again.

My family all had late flights out of Fort Lauderdale after our cruise got it on a Saturday morning. We were able to rent a room for the day for a very reasonable rate, allowing us all to have a home base until making our way to the airport that afternoon. The hotel was clean and lovely, and the staff very accommodating. The hotel is located within a short walk from multiple restaurants and the river where you can hop a cruise for three hours or so to see the sights. I was highly impressed by the service we received and grateful for the convenience they provided. We will be sure to return next time we cruise from Port Everglades.

Absolutely loved our stay in every way couldn’t accommodate any better between the location. The beautiful atmosphere in the rooms were perfect and lastly, not least my favorite part was meeting. Quinto amazing help guided me straight to the room and more and made me feel like VIP will be coming again ASAP thanks again. Definitely ask for Quinto when you’re there or check in.

We loved the location along the water where we could see the yachts rolling in and out. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area.

The moment you step in, you are greeted with upmost hospitality!! Quinto at the front desk made the check in process incredibly easy and made sure to explain all the amenities and local spots to check out!!
