Perfect location in the heart of Las Olas Boulevard
Pros:

Location; an easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Room was so “high tech.” I couldn’t figure out how to turn down the air conditioner or find the switch to turn off the lights. TV was also bad…terrible reception; couldn’t see the screen.

Great 3 day weekend trip!
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Riverside Hotel. The location was one of the best parts since it’s right on Las Olas and made everything very convenient to walk to. Parking was easy, which made arriving and leaving stress free. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax after being out during the day. Alan at the front desk was also very helpful and assisted us with anything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely come back.

Monica @ Preston's Lounge
Pros:

My husband and I stay at Riverside Hotel one to two times a month for the past 3 years. One of our favorite spots is Preston's Lounge to see Monica. We love her personality and the great drinks she makes for us. She's remembered us from the first time we met her. She is a pillar of that bar, everyone that knows her, loves her, a lot of local people that we got to know came there just for Monica. We were recently informed that she will not be there anymore. It makes us sad to lose such a great person that has worked very hard.

Amazing Stay at The Riverside Hotel
Pros:

We had the most amazing time at the Riverside Hotel. I am telling you ask for DeDe and she will take great care of you! The entire staff was warm and inviting and the view from the balcony was stellar. Especially with the Thunderbird Air Show going on. We will be back again for sure! Thank you DeDe and the rest of the staff!

Great Experience
Pros:

A shout out to Allan Hicks at the front desk. He was extremely helpful and courteous. He found my iPad and returned it. Everyone at this hotel is amazingly customer focused. It’s in a prime location on Los Angeles. I would recommend it to anybody. Rooms are great. All the staff is excellent. Five stars.

Pros:

Location is great! The bar has a nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly and professional. The wallet was nice and fast, responsive.

Cons:

We thought the premisses were air conditioned too cold! The bathrooms seem to be little outdated with a bath tub step in shower and shower curtains. The shower curtains seemed nice, but the overall feel of the inner plastic curtain just seems little unhygienic.
The guests should have ability to call the front desk from the hotel phone. Every time you need to call the front desk or wallet, you have to go through annoying AI.
