Riverside is a great hotel plus the food is great also

All the employee work so hard , this hotel is great for location .. dining

Cons:

I was so upset I had to uber to Hyatt daily for the pool cuz I use a cane. It cost me just about 100.00 extra cuz your pool has been closed . Plus I don’t like roof too pools ! Thank you I’ve been to Riverside at least 5/6 times.

Amazing location, price, and staff. 10/10 recommend!
Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We were told there was a wedding reception on the floor below us but never heard a peep. We had a great view of the river and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helped us print our luggage tags for our cruise the next day. The location was fantastic and was in walking distance of everything you could need. I will definitely be back and have already recommended this hotel to others!

Cons:

The pool was closed for rennovations, which was disappointing as it was a very hot day and we were looking forward to relaxing in it.

Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, the location is great.

Cons:

The staff at the Boathouse Restaurant was rude and could have explained the reservation requirement more politely and clearly. We understand that a reservation may be necessary, but the way it was communicated made the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. A more courteous explanation would have made a big difference.

The rooms were quite large and location was perfect for finding a dining experience. People were friendly.

Cons:

The price is high for what you get in services. The water is not hot enough for a shower. Would have liked more blankets and pillows.

Pros:

Amazing location directly in the heart of Las Olas surrounded by restaurants/shopping/bars. Quite a few small art galleries also. 5min drive to the beach area.

O hotel é muito bom, confortável, bem localizado e com uma equipe atenciosa. Minha experiência com a hospedagem em si foi positiva.
No entanto, tive um problema com o pagamento intermediado pela Booking.com. Eu havia pago integralmente o valor da reserva à Booking.com, mas houve uma divergência no valor repassado ao hotel, e fui cobrada pelo hotel por uma diferença que, na realidade, já havia sido paga à Booking.com.

Quero deixar claro que não considero esse problema uma falha do hotel, que apenas estava cobrando o valor que constava para eles. O problema foi a forma como a Booking.com processou o pagamento e repassou o valor ao hotel. Entrei em contato com a Booking.com, mas até o momento ainda não recebi o reembolso do valor cobrado indevidamente.

Apesar desse transtorno financeiro, gostei bastante do hotel e da hospedagem.

La posizione e gli interni dell’hotel

Cons:

Soggiorno rovinato dalla mancanza di professionalità ed ospitalità. Mi hanno addebitato tasse che avevo già pagato qui su Booking ed in più un altro addebito di 48 euro così senza alcuna motivazione. Qui su Booking l’hotel non mi ha più risposto. Ho dovuto contattare il mio avvocato che sta intervenendo per farmi ottenere rimborso.
