Friendly staff, nice rooms, lovely pool area, Boat House had very nice food and drinks with a relaxed atmosphere. Convenient in site parking. Great location next to the river.
Parking expensive but then I feel if you book a hotel you should have a parking space too.
The hotel was great, and the location was perfect.
The customer service was lacking. From the front desk staff to the dining in the Wild Sea restaurant. They were not friendly at all, especially the front desk. We did not feel welcomed at all. They could have at lrast smiled at us.
The restaurant staff kept us waiting on several occasions/instances. We ate breakfast there twice. Oh, and the avocado toast is the worst I've ever had. There was too much lemon juice, and the description stated it was "lemon scented." The consistency was like it was put in a blender. The chef should be ashamed. Actually the customer service was very disappointing almost everywhere we went. Other than that, we enjoyed the hotel and the location.
The location was excellent. The room was beautiful . As was the whole hotel And lovely staff .
I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for parking as it wasn’t cheap to stay there.
Me and my husband stayed at The Riverside couple time , we love it ! The rooms are renovated and they looks great . The pool area and Gym are amazing!!! The bar by the pool food and drinks r great. Also the front desk person, his name is Quinto , he was absolutely amazing, very nice , professional and helpful . Excellent customer service!!! We will stay there again soon !
Had an excellent stay at the Riverside Hotel, the location here is amazing as its right on Las Olas, near all the nightlife and restaurants, shops, etc. The hotel itself is so charming, I loved the decor, and it has all the basic amenities you need, like a pool, and gym. The staff here is excellent, special thanks to Dede and Elizabeth who made our stay extra special during our anniversary. We stayed in the new tower and were very comfortable, the room was so clean and spacious. Beds werent the best, but overall was still comfortable. The pool was excellent, I just wish they had better poolside service, as there was never any attendants to take drink orders, as the pool is connected to the Boathouse restaurant, it was a bit confusing and nobody would come get drink orders. Perhaps a self-service for ordering, that way someone can come when they're called. I also wish the property had a cafe inside, just to be able to grab coffee quickly in the mornings. Overall, this was a lovely quaint hotel, great priced as well, and the most excellent location, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

He’s also been incredibly helpful organising a delivery for one of our party. Thanks Kavoen, this quality of service is what brings guests back! 😊

My senior high school class recently celebrated our 50th reunion at Riverside and it was a great experience. Starting with the valet service (Joe) to the front desk personnel and the housekeeping service, everything and everyone was highly professional and kind and made me feel valued. I really liked that there was so many options to choose from for eating establishments close by. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.
