Amazing front desk staff. Love the decor! Love the fresh baked cookies and complementary bottled water. Beds were very comfortable! Location is wonderful. I stay here every time I come to Denver.

Staff was fantastic and the rooms cute and in great condition. Convenient in-house food and beverage options, including discount at chain coffee joint around corner. Overall fun and pleasant visually and atmosphere-wise. The creative design adds so much and all the technology in rooms (screens, plugs, Bluetooth door locks) worked nicely.
The elevator kept stopping at random floors. Toilets slow to flush and an ice machine died and partially flooded a hall. They were quick to address that particular issue. I just was left wondering if it’s possible the upgrades are all superficial and key infrastructure at a deeper layer has yet to be addressed. Restaurant seemed needlessly pricey.
Hotel was fine and clean. Room bright and cheery. Good location and a great evening in Denver Dazzle. Breakfast was good quality and all staff polite and helpful. We were given water whenever we asked. Foyer colourful and fun.
2 issues we had - the lifts need upgrading, mornings were silly, lifts were full and guests often press the buttons for each lift on every floor causing all lifts to be called for one person, lifts then stop at every floor to find no one there. We found some guests impatient and tried to squash too many people and bags in the lift. Subsequent hotel had a smart system for the lift where only one lift can be called, which is needed at the Curtis.
Second issue - Parking was fine and very useful but $45 a night parking fee a surprise.
Overall I would stay here again but please review the lifts.
Loved the staff and the hotel style it was clean and quirky. Loved it
There was nothing I did not like.
The staff were lovely and the lobby was cute. Unfortunately those were the highlights. We upgraded to one of their larger suites, the newly remodeled waka waka room, it was dreadful. We have a medically complex kid and we need space and light. This had space but that’s about it. The only lighting in the room was neon. The room was weird in all the wrong ways. The “king” size bed had a frame that was 4in too big all the way around. The floor was the ugliest print and made it impossible to find anything on. The shower had zero pressure. The elevators were slow beyond belief. The final straw for me was the absolute lack of cleaning. We didn’t have the cleaners come in every night but when we finally wanted them too, I went to the front desk to request it. I tidied up our stuff and even stripped the bed and towels. We got back and NOTHING was cleaned. The bed had new sheets but was not made all the way. Zero floor or counter surface was cleaned. Toilets not cleaned. Glasses and most towels not replaced. Shower not cleaned. I called down to notify the desk and they said they would send someone to clean. I asked that they wait until we left for dinner. I let the desk know when we were out of the room and when we returned…. Still nothing cleaned! I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
The Location was perfect, restaurant was very good.
There was only a steamer in the room, an iron and ironing board would have been nice.
The location is perfect and near everything. The rooms are very fun with each level of the building having a "theme" to it.
No concerns.
Localização
It was just a fun hotel. It was different.
Lighting in the room could have been better

Aaliyah at the front desk is extremely rude. Based on that alone, I would never stay at this hotel
I love that every floor was a different theme and the areas of the hotel was great because you had access to many places
I have no dislikes
Great location!
The lady with highlights at the front desk was so rude- every single interaction. When I called to inquire about check out she hung up on me. I will never be back because of the way I was treated, and my wife was ready to leave that evening.
