Terrible service
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Lady who greeted us acted like she hated her job. "Sarcasm" and no joy in her tune. The cleaning crew were great! The lady who complained to her colleagues I work too much horrible. Heavier set girl with brown hair.

Also, if if I fill out all info for kids at booking.com that should transfer in to Hyatts system. Poor experience otherwise.

Great for the price
Pros:

It was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The pool was freezing cold.
The pull out beds sheets had stains along with a pillow case on one of the beds.

The front desk person who welcomed us was super friendly and helpful

Cons:

When pulling out the sofa bed the sheets were dirty and there were stains on the couch and floor. The breakfast was also empty at 9am when we went down

It served its purpose and was just meh, underwhelming but reasonable price.
Pros:

The breakfast was horrible. Large bowls of frozen fruit, still frozen solid, were presented. Whatever the pseudo-egg product was, was disgusting. There were several offerings that I wouldn’t think of trying. One employee had his phone out with gloved hands, then attended the food. It was off putting.

Cons:

Frayed carpet and some areas just needed a little more attention to cleaning or repair.
