Very nice place
Pros:

The location was conveniently located and not far from the BTS station at Kaset. It is close to the main road, but not noisy. Many amenities were located nearby: pharmacies, 7-Eleven, and coffee shops.

Cons:

Breakfast was an extra charge. The laundry was a bit expensive.

Pros:

They were very accommodating with the room request. We were a late check-in and able to find snack/drinks at the 7-Eleven. Staff is very friendly.

Pros:

Generally the hotel is ok. The staff is kind. The price is absolute ok for the room you get and all is really clean.

Cons:

The cleaning staff knock the door even before 8 AM so sleeping in is not an option. Also the bathroom floor is very slippy and tricky. I fell in any case. Then there is the breakfast. This is simply not oriented to European customers. It is for sure excellent for more Asian food oriented customers. And this is my general idea. I came before in 1999, long ago of course, but the hotel is completely changed and less oriented to a Western customer. The hotel is ook relatively far from the center and there is not a lot around as restaurants for example. Thai yes, but Western not.

Stanze belle spaziose e colazione ottima
Pros:

Stanza e bagno spaziosa, letto molto grande. Nella stanza trovi il “benvenuto”: acqua, bibite e snack.
La tv si collega al Wi-Fi dell’hotel, permettendomi così di guardare ciò che voglio su YouTube o altro.
Colazione buona e ampia di scelta, c’è pure lo chef che prepara l’omelette.

Cons:

Poca luce, ci sono solo quelle del comodino.
Per check-in e checkout, perciò pratiche facili si riesce a comunicare, ma purtroppo per esempio io ho chiesto di cenare al ristorante loro facevano a capire e comunicare.

Everything was nice!
Location is good, place is very clean and nice with good facilities. The room was clean and large.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like is the bed was very hard and uncomfortable
