Lovely stay and short walk to things
Pros:

The spacious room and staff

Cons:

No kettle and tea bags , or jug for coffee percolator so couldn’t have hot drinks .
Curtains could do with a wash

Pros:

Location is great, central downtown and close to attractions and landmarks.

Cons:

Disorganized staffs, wall and window insulation is bad, you can hear every bit of traffic at night through the window with everything close. Facilities are outdated, everything feels old and in general is not a great stay for the price point for $250+ USD a night. Also, don’t waste $60 for parking at the facility, parked at Amazon parking lot right down the street for way less and 5 mins of walking.

My go-to place for future stays in Seattle!
Pros:

I chose Warwick again for a second stay in Seattle - great location and room was comfortable + clean for myself and a friend! Great value for the quality of the stay and would definitely book with Warwick again

good location, hotel needs to handle room issues better
Pros:

location of hotel was good

Cons:

Our AC was not working and even after having staff come up 4 times and saying they fixed the problem it was not actually fixed. It was disappointing that we had to spend the night in a very hot room in the middle of august.

Good location at a good price
Pros:

It was a good price for downtown, and a good location.

Cons:

online reviews indicate other people using Booking.com did have a included breakfast, but it was not offered to me. the room was adequate, the bedding and towels were clean, the TV had movies and channels. There were no water bottles at checkin we had to drink bathroom faucet.

Great stay
Pros:

Great staff. Great location.

Cons:

Pool smaller than the photos make it look.

We had a lovely meal in the restaurant but our drinks took a long time to come, arriving only a moment before our meals. I was able to see our meals waiting in the open kitchen area. They were there for about 10 minutes before our server had a moment to get them and bring them to us. Another server ignored them. They were still hot though which still made them enjoyable.
