I absolutely love the staff here! Every single person I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with has left me with an unexpected smile! It’s like a new joy around every corner or two ready to brighten your day! For my first work trip staying in a hotel for a few weeks, the phenomenal staff have set the bar high for me! Sons 1st DC experience
Pros:

We chose Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf for its proximity to everything and the pool. The staff, Annisa, Makayla, Ana, Dwi, Manizha and Joshua, made it extra special for helping to celebrate my son’s 7th birthday. The valets were also really great to deal with throughout our entire stay. Thanks!

Perfect location.
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable rooms. Easy access to the mall and trains. Restaurant and breakfast were very good but pricey as expected for DC. Higher up room has good views.

It was fine, but the price was high for the minimal accommodations.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable beds, nice location, quiet.

Cons:

No free breakfast like other Hilton locations, no bathroom fan, strange glass opening in bathroom, tv kept pixelating on most channels.

Pros:

When we first arrived the room floor was not very clean, but after telling the housekeeper the floor and room was a lot cleaner the next day. We especially want to thank Medalit she did an amazing job on our room. Dennis at the L’Enfant bar & grill was so generous and amazing when we ate at the hotel restaurant. Some things not so great the fridge is very small only stays cold for 2 hours. One day the Tv and room telephone did not work the staff told us it was due to the weather but after both not working for a whole day, we went down to the front desk and told them the hotel tech came and had to reset the modem in the room. The bathroom lights shut off randomly, not great when you’re in the shower. The shower water drops unexpectedly when showering.

A great hotel in a great location
Pros:

I was impressed with all aspects of this hotel, including the location, meeting facilities, room comfort and layout, restaurants, bar, and the friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. I was especially pleased with the customer focus and friendly attitude of Manizha and Annisa during checkout.

⭐ Makayla Made Our Graduation Weekend Even More Special

We recently stayed here while celebrating my best friend graduation, and Makayla at the front desk was one of the highlights of our trip.

From the moment we checked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We were trying to keep graduation attire in perfect condition, and when we needed a garment bag for outfits and a graduation gown, Makayla went above and beyond to help us obtain one. It may seem like a small thing, but it made a huge difference during a busy and important weekend.

She also took the time to recommend restaurants, sightseeing locations, and the best ways to experience the city. Her suggestions helped us make the most of our limited time and led us to some wonderful experiences that we might have otherwise missed.

What impressed me most was that her service felt genuine. She wasn’t simply doing her job—she truly seemed to care that we had a great stay and a memorable graduation celebration. That level of hospitality is rare and deserves recognition.

Thank you, Makayla, for helping make such a special weekend even more enjoyable. The hotel is fortunate to have someone who represents guest service so well.

Location, convenient to eating establishments and metro. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Cons:

We requested for room cleanup on 2 of 5 days we were there and it didn't happen. No fresh towels for entire stay. We saw housekeepers working our hallway but we were skipped.

Wonder Vacation!
Pros:

We stayed at the Hilton Washington DC, The Warf and was very impressed with the cleanliness, service and the friendly staff. The restaurant served delicious, fresh food.
We will definitely stay here again! Walkable to everything!
