The personnel exhibited unprofessional behavior, and the accommodations were odorous.
Location
Nothing all was perfect
We recently stayed here while celebrating my best friend graduation, and Makayla at the front desk was one of the highlights of our trip.
From the moment we checked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. We were trying to keep graduation attire in perfect condition, and when we needed a garment bag for outfits and a graduation gown, Makayla went above and beyond to help us obtain one. It may seem like a small thing, but it made a huge difference during a busy and important weekend.
She also took the time to recommend restaurants, sightseeing locations, and the best ways to experience the city. Her suggestions helped us make the most of our limited time and led us to some wonderful experiences that we might have otherwise missed.
What impressed me most was that her service felt genuine. She wasn’t simply doing her job—she truly seemed to care that we had a great stay and a memorable graduation celebration. That level of hospitality is rare and deserves recognition.
Thank you, Makayla, for helping make such a special weekend even more enjoyable. The hotel is fortunate to have someone who represents guest service so well.
Location, convenient to eating establishments and metro. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.
We requested for room cleanup on 2 of 5 days we were there and it didn't happen. No fresh towels for entire stay. We saw housekeepers working our hallway but we were skipped.
We stayed at the Hilton Washington DC, The Warf and was very impressed with the cleanliness, service and the friendly staff. The restaurant served delicious, fresh food.
We will definitely stay here again! Walkable to everything!
I was so looking forward to our stay. I booked because it had a pool. But we got there and our view was of a wall. Online it does not show a wall only windows. It did not show the wall in pictures. We asked to move rooms but they were sold out. The hotel customer service was lacking. They seemed to not care or understand when we complained. Breakfast is either Starbucks or spending $30.00 for a Buffett. There is hardly any restaurants to walk to that are open for breakfast. We were spending $60 a day to go out into the city to find food or do other things. Our bathroom sink was messed up, the board for the cabinet with fridge had fallen off. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. I cannot think of a single thing we liked about this hotel. Before we arrived they charged the card wrong and I had to call numerous times. There was a huge communication barrier before we even arrived. We ended up checking out early and went to a downtown hotel to stay. I am Hilton Honors member and I never received a survey after we checked out.
The location was amazing. We walked almost everywhere.
We stayed one night and were very pleased with the room. First, the location is excellent, walkable to the wharf as well as many sites like the smithsonian, and of course the metro is right below. The room was well thought out and quiet. We were on the 15th floor in a king room, facing the pool. They actually had four drawers to use as well as a nice closet space, a safe and a fridge. There was a coffee maker and two free bottles of water. There were charging plugs on both sides of the bed, and nice sized table and two comfy chairs. The bathroom was spacious with room for our toiletries. I thought the water pressure could be a bit better. The manager reached out to ask how our stay was and also was helpful when I stupidly left my sandals in the room.
Just be aware that valet parking is for 24hours based on the standard check-in time of 4pm. We did not use the restaurant.
I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf. The location is excellent, with easy access to the National Mall, museums, and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout my stay.
A special thank you to Annisa at the Front Desk for her warm hospitality and helpful assistance. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
The lobby was always clean and smelled fresh, and all the staff were attentive and accommodating. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Washington, DC. I look forward to staying here again in the future
Great breakfast buffet. Pricey but delicious. Beautiful room and decorations. Convenient location to museums. Makayla was great! As well as the kind lady (name begins with an L” who helped us with after hours valet. Would recommend!
I love the luxury feeling of the hotel. It was very nice and very clean.
I believe the valet parking and parking price is expensive and a little inconvenient.
THE HOTEL IS LOCATION IS GREAT, IT IS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN.
BREAKSFAST TOO EXPENSIVE IT IS NOT WORTHY THAT MOUCH, THE SHOWER PRESSURE WAS TERRIBLE THEY NEED TO CHECK THAT, I TOOK A SHOWER AT NIGHT AND WE WERE RUNNING OUT OF HOT WATER.
