We had a great time- I would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Super beautiful old building with lots of attention to detail! The beds were cozy and the free breakfast and afternoon tea/cookies was such a lovely bonus!

Cons:

Only thing we noticed was that the tv didn’t get most channels.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good. All spaces were clean including bedrooms and bathroom

Cons:

Location was a little hard to get to. Room was really warm (I don’t think ac worked or if the room even had one ) and there was no screen on windows which made me feel uneasy

Sehr schöne Ausstattung, gute Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt an sich gut gepflegt, dadurch, dass die Einrichtung so alt ist, macht sich aber ein etwas „alter“ Geruch im Haus breit.

Not like the past stays at the Queen
Pros:

Close to lots of restaurants and shopping, beautiful area, public transportation very accessible.

Cons:

No USB access, outlets were dated and lots of extension cords and wires everywhere. Dust bunnies behind bed and night stands, very worn and dirty carpet, cracked bathroom sink, windows rattled a lot if opened. Old school coffee pot and bed was a bit lumpy.

Cons:

Todo respecto al hotel me pareció espectacular, salvo el desayuno. Que porquería.
Café saliendo de máquinas de coca cola con sabor a dentista.
Solo te dan huevos duros (no hay huevos revueltos, ni estrellados, ni nada por el estilo).
Yo, que no como carne, solo quedé comiendo huevos duros.
De las frutas, plátanos sin madurar. Tanto amor tiene el hotel, y el desayuno....
En cuanto a los panes dulces está rico.
Pero realmente deberían hablar con el hotel para que le pongan un poco de amor al breakfast.
Un hotel victoriano, con un desayuno que parece el 7 eleven, da mucha tristeza, porque la experiencia, quitando eso, es de un hotel espectacular.
Aún regresaré al hotel, sabiendo que tengo que desayunar fuera, pero no estaría nada mal que mejoren esa parte.

I had a nice time at Queen Anne. Beautiful decor and centrally located.
Pros:

I didn't have breakfast. The location was perfect! I was able to walk to the Juneteenth Festival. After the festival I was able to walk with my friends to a restaurant for a birthday celebration!! Afterwards we were able to walk back to the hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this visually appealing hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The lounging area downstairs was amazing with the old furniture, books, and art. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating to our needs.

I left a message we were celebrating our 32nd anniversary - no one made a comment. Wife was bummed.

I’d forgotten how beautiful the hotel was. The attention to detail both in the rooms and in the public areas is remarkable.

Cons:

I think you should remove the clause on your website about the Afternoon Tea as it is not provided. Bought cookies do not an Afternoon Tea make and you can’t have Tea without boiling water.
I would suggest that you simply offer tea and sherry service in your lobby daily (as long as you boil the water).
