wonderful in every sense
Pros:

An amazing experience. The team at the hotel is incredible. Felt like home. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the front desk was so nice and helpful, Matthew, Anaqi and Harnek were incredible. Will come back to Katong V every time I'm in Singapore.

Very nice hotel and staff were excellent.
Pros:

Kiara on reception was most helpful and polite. I would recommend this hotel the staff are exceptional and the room very was cleaned daily very well.
