Pros:

great room, sexy hotel, great location, transportation was easy and quick. What i think i loved the most was the ability to borrow a lincolin from the hotel

Cons:

you need an amenities gift shop. travel toothpaste, hair spray ...little things you cant travel with unless you check a bag and need when you get where youre going.

I feel bad leaving such a low review however my experience was overwhelmingly frustrating. In general the staff was very nice excluding management and communication

Cons:

Very unprofessional and condescending billing staff. No answers on the phone. Calls dropping after 2 weeks of attempts to correct a duplicate billing including assurances by a manager all would be handled.

Lovely hotel with comfortable beds and, close to everything you would want in Newport Beach.
Pros:

Room service breakfast was good, the grilled chicken sandwich for a late-night snack was really good. and we dined at SET, it was nice but extremely loud so don't go on a busy night for intimate conversation. And make sure to choose outdoor especially if dining at night. The pool was nicely heated and the jacuzzi at night with the fireplace on was lovely. And there is a "host" bar and fridge, in your room but only for looking lol otherwise you may get a "surprise" on your departure, easily overturned. Had a great time, went for a concert nearby for the weekend and will be back to experience the spa.
