No Air Con and a Dated Bathroom.
Pros:

We stayed here four nights in a so-called superior room and were rather underwhelmed by the hotel. Its public areas are attractive and modern and there are plenty of staff around to help. The cosy-hour free drinks is very popular and the hotel's location near Norreport Metro could not be more convenient.
When we arrived in the late afternoon on a hot summer's day we were dismayed by the heat of the room. The curtains were open and the sun was blazing through, the room temperature was easily over 30° and the Dyson fan could only shift the hot air around. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a/c so you just have to accept the room sauna. The room windows do open and the curtains do close so we did manage to get the room cooler by night!
The bathroom was a big disappointment as there was only a bathtub and a shower attachment with a plastic shower curtain. The water pressure was a joke, so you had to hold the spray close or stand extremely close to the dribble of water coming out of the attachment.. The bathroom door had expanded and couldn't close properly and the sink water drained away very slowly. This bathroom needs an overhaul! Meanwhile, we both regularly stubbed out toes on the step leading from the bathroom to the room; ouch!
Still, the room itself was large and attractive and the fridge was a blessing (although the heat meant it could not function easily) . We can't comment on the breakfast as we ate at the nearby food market each morning. I probably won't consider staying here again when next in Copenhagen.

Cons:

Totalt umuligt at sove pga varme. Hedebølge i kbh. Værelset formentlig 27-28 gr. Ingen ac, men en ineffektiv vifte. Fik ingen søvn.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, toll gelegen, um die Stadt zu erkunden und zu entspannen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen und sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Innenhöfe und Lobby luden ein zum Verweilen. Sehr sympathisch ist der Drink, den das Hotel jeden Nachmittag für alle Gäste anbietet. Sehr praktisch waren die Fahrräder, die man im Hotel ausleihen kann. Absolut empfehlenswert sind die Radtouren, die das Hotel auf seiner Website empfiehlt. Das reichhaltige Frühstück mit frischen, lokalen Produkten war der Hammer.

There was a little problem without booking but front staff member Andreas was a star! His help was over and beyond!

Nice central location, very near the excellent food market

Cons:

Unfortunately we had an attik room, advertised as Delux! It was a very hot spell during our stay and the heat in the room was very uncomfortable! The Dyson unit didn’t make any difference and the windows only open a split!

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön, sehr zentral gelegen. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Pros:

Das war wirklich eins der besten Frühstücksbuffets, die ich je gesehen hab. Alles so frisch und lecker :)

Cons:

Wir waren an einem sehr heißen Wochenende in Kopenhagen und haben uns auf ein kühles Hotelzimmer gefreut - leider gab es keine Klimaanlage. Die Fenster konnten nur einen Spalt geöffnet werden und der Ventilator hat leider auch nicht besonders geholfen.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Our room was tiny.
Pros:

It’s a gorgeous hotel beautifully restored and in a good location. We loved the ‘cosy hour’ where guests are offered a free glass of wine every day. The decor is attractive and it very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Copenhagen is expensive so the room wasn’t cheap and it was tiny. But that us waist our budget was. No air conditioning but there was a fan and the windows opened.
