Warwick Grand-Place Brussels

Was originally supposed to stay at another hotel, but after reading so many glowing reviews, we decided to switch to the Warwick Hotel for our one night in Brussels, and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment we arrived around noon, the hotel already gave off that timeless, old-money elegance. Since we were a little early for check-in, we left our bags and spent some time exploring the city before returning at 3 pm. Check-in was seamless, and the lovely receptionist, Edlyn, surprised us with an upgrade to a room overlooking the charming street leading to the Grand-Place. Visited the Secret Rooftop at sunset and was treated to the loveliest view of the city! Truly one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had.

We went to Brussels as part of our anniversary trip in between London and Paris. We stayed at the Warwick for 2 nights. Our room was beautiful, it was spacious, clean, quite and very comfortable.The view was spectacular we couldn’t stop looking out the window. All the staff at the hotel were so friendly. The hotel is in a perfect location, the town and train are only a few blocks away. They have a rooftop bar with a great view of the city. We had a fabulous time in Brussels.

I stayed at the Warwick grand Palace in Brussels for six nights in May. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. 75 year-old solo female, and I never felt unsafe. I loved the location. I loved the room and I was impressed with the staff. Anything I asked or mentioned was always acted upon immediately. Would heartily recommend this hotel.

The Warwick in Brussels is in a prime central location, easy walk to the main square. The hotel is comfortable and clean with good service. If you head up to the Secret Rooftop Bar look for Ashraft. He is great.

The hotel bar in the rooftop has an amazing view! The service also was very good! A special compliment to the barman Ashraf, very kind and attention with all of us! I definitely recommend.

Hotel was very nice and everything was great.
One person we met at the rooftop bar was named Ashraf, who was quite attentive to our needs and a very pleasant member of the hotel staff. When we return later this year we will ask to be served by Ashraf (and so should you).

The Rooftop bar was very good, with great views. Full moon when we went so very pretty. Ashraf and the rest of the servers were very attentive.

Reception staff need training, if youwant a cup of tea take your own milk. The only option in the room is coffee creamer when we asked for some milk were told to go to the supermarket
Keep clear of this hotel as the customer service is non existent

Loved the beautiful rooftop at sunset ! Definitely worth having a stop there and drinks with friends. Special thanks to Ashraf who was super friendly and accommodating.

Pleasant cocktails

We travel the world and only time every that after 2 they could not check us in. We made it here at 11:30 and understood maybe 1:30 or so our room would be available but have at 2:06 and they couldn’t figure out a room for us is either lazy or disrespectful.

My friend and I had a really enjoyable experience with a nice view on the rooftop. We have been served by Ashraf who was very kind with a touch of humour. We definitely come back. Thanks.

I stayed here for some nights. The location of the hotel is good. I went to the rooftop bar for happy hour and asked Ashraf to help taking photos haha he was nice and helpful.
