Worst breakfast , no hotel kept this much worst breakfast in my history of stay

Cleanliness of hallways.

Customer service can definitely get better….i felt as though i was in a boot camp made me very uncomfortable!…my plan was to stay longer but the vibe I received when I extended one day wasn’t accommodating and met with negativity as if she was doing me a favor by charging me extra just to stay in the same room when having me move to another room for $26 less would’ve been more profitable for the Hotel to clean two rooms versus just cleaning one!!…and I was also told that I should’nt have booked online when that was my preference,personal choice,and money!!🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

The day I went to use the pool it was very foamy and had large chunks of debris. Disappointed!! Couldn’t bring myself to use it after seeing in that condition.

The toilet was not anchored to the floor. Also the bed platform makes metal drum noises when you roll over. Not particularly friendly or clean.

the hallways smelled of wet dog and poop.
the pool had hair in it.
very limited parking.

The beds were hard and horrible, couldn’t get an extra pillow, pool was dirty, it had a musty smell. It didn’t seem to be very safe.

Room smelled weird, floor was filthy, bathroom towels were stained with something dark, maybe dirt. I had requested extra blankets, towels & pillows all which were not provided. The bath tissue roll is under the vanity & hard to reach.

Não limparam meu quarto e não trocaram os lençóis, as camas faziam um barulho ensurdecedor, pela manhã os corredores do hotel estavam com um cheiro pior que de cachorros molhados.

El desayuno escaso , la leche estaba cortada , al echarla en el café nos hemos dado cuenta …. Y la masa de los gofres igual, un sabor ácido y desagradable …. La limpieza de la habitación bastante deficiente , pelos en el baño , en las sábanas ….
Habitaciones ruidosas …. Parecen que los camiones pasan por encima del cabecero de la cama … y mucha luz , las cortinas no cubren en absoluto …
No repetiría
Demasiado caro para lo que es …

Problem with payment, they were asking me to pay again, took $1 from my account unauthorised and caused my credit card company to freeze my card for the rest of my holiday. Whilst dealing with this the staff were speaking in a language I didn’t understand which I thought was very rude. The hotel was very noisy, both the location and other guests. We weren’t offered breakfast and had to go to reception twice to access the wifi.
