Pros:

The staff was excellent. They're very helpful! Rooms are very clean. Pool is really nice!

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't the best. The sausage and bacon are soggy, but they have a decent selection.

BIG room. good breakfast

Cons:

No safe. The toilet clogged up. After they cleaned it. It smelled .They were accommodating and gave us a different room .

Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. The pool area was clean and quiet. Room was great and well appointed. I
Pros:

Excellent location. Across the street from a strip mall that has everything anyone could need. Next door to a gas station too which was kind of ghetto.

You need an Attorney before booking this hotel.Shitty Experience!

Georgia the emphathetic front desk officer after my room got flooded with toilet water

Cons:

The other hostile personel from the front desk to front office manager.My room got flooded on thursday 30/04 with toilet water and Jack Wickliffe has the audacity to gaslight and tell me it was the bathtub that flooded into the room.Maintenance people either lied to him or he is a liar himself
Either way,stay away from this hotel or get prepared to pay an attorney to help you sent them straight if you unfortunately have an existing booking.They need to be trained and retrained on hospitality.I will definitely never come back or advise anyone to

Fine property if you have kids that go to FAU. Nothing fancy.
Pros:

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Everything was clean.

Cons:

Negatives - fan on A/C in room was extremely loud and rattled, kept me awake. Property was fine. Clean and did the job (stayed while moving daughter out of FAU).
