Superb seafood and great service
Pros:

Went for a family dinner at the Lagoon. As usual service was excellent with the staff being very pleasant specially our wait staff sasmitha and tharindu. Kapila and Kolitha do a great job of suggesting how to get the best combination of flavours and dishes.

Dinner at cheers pub
Pros:

We had another lovely family dinner at Cheers Pub, one of our favourite places that we visit regularly. The atmosphere is always great, and the service is consistently friendly and attentive, which is why we keep coming back.

A special thank you to Dilruk, Sineth, Nipuna and Punsala for always looking after us so well. Their excellent service really make every visit enjoyable!

Perfect stay for 1st trip to Sri Lanka

Stort upersonligt og ærgelig service
Pros:

Morgenmaden var fantastisk - virkelig ekstraordinær

Cons:

Hotellet er upersonligt - fokus er tydeligvis på festerne der holdes der og ikke på de overnattende gæster på ferie.
Jeg vil ikke overnatte der igen - en stor del af værelserne ligger ud til steder hvor der bliver holdt eksempelvis bryllupper hvilket gør at der er støj på
Værelserne en stor del af natten.

Hvis man som os ønsker et sted hvor der er god service, atmosfære og hyggeligt så er det ikke Grand man skal vælge

An amazing restaurant, food and service
Pros:

We have visited the lagoon restaurant for a dinner on a busy friday and the food was delicious and the service by Gayan, Iroshan, and Kalpani was amazing. Their service was very nice, they were polite to all of us and served us with big smiles which were very warming.
