Situata vicino alle attrazioni principali è servita molto bene con i mezzi pubblici stanza pulita e ordinata ( veniva rifatta ogni giorno )

Cons:

La finestra della camera era bloccata e non si poteva far cambiare l’aria alla stanza.
La colazione un po’ scarsa solo qualche cereale barretta energetica e succo di frutta.

Great location, but overpriced with limited parking and breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location and a clean, comfortable room. The hotel is very convenient for exploring San Francisco on foot, and we were able to walk to many places from here. We also appreciated having complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby 24 hours a day.

Cons:

Parking is a major issue. The hotel has very few parking spaces, and when we arrived, none were available. Finding street parking nearby was extremely difficult, and we eventually had to pay $25 for just 12 hours of parking elsewhere.
The breakfast was also very disappointing and extremely limited. There was very little to choose from — basically waffles, muffins, and coffee. There wasn't even bread or toast. I would not really consider this a proper breakfast.
The hotel also felt overpriced for what it offers. We paid $522.34 for two nights, which seems excessive for a basic 2-star motel, especially considering that we couldn't use the advertised free parking and the included breakfast was so limited.

Definitely wasn’t the worst, would stay again if I couldn’t find something better.
Pros:

The option to choose a larger room than the average motel room, the 24 hour juice & coffee available & the free breakfast.

Cons:

The 2 flights of stairs we had to climb to our room, the extremely small parking garage, the breakfast area was extremely tiny which made getting the free breakfast stressful, the fact that our toilet clogged and the front desk guy brought us up a plunger so we could plunge it ourselves….the fireplace in our room was temperamental, when asked I was told “sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t” which cause a gas smell in the room when it didn’t function properly. The fact that I had to pay and extra almost $30 for a 1 1/2 hour late check out after paying over $400 for the room for 2 nights.

Turned away! Booked in advance a wheelchair accessible room. They do not have any at all!

Nothing. We booked a handicap accessible room and could not access it at all!

Cons:

The hotel advertises they have handicap accessible rooms when they do not! The only way to get to rooms is by stairs. Nothing on the main floor and they do not have any way to get to other floors other than stairs. Then they charged us when we were turned away and scrambling to find somewhere to stay,.

The city makes up for what the hotel lacks
Pros:

Location was pretty good

Cons:

Not enough parking for everyone, the absence of the elevator doesn’t help if you travel with heavy luggage and most importantly, when we said the toilet wouldn’t work properly (I spare you the details, but there was some overflowing involved, let’s leave it at that), they said we could use the plunger ourselves and fix it, since they gave us a functioning toilet. That definitely wasn’t pleasant.
