Absolutely old school love. So good. Gaurav treated us well. 😎
Historical building, amazing rooms, gardens and swimming pool. The staff could not be more helpful and kind, everyone was so nice. Breakfast was delicious and both the restaurants were very good.
Metro very close too. Easy to use and with aircon. Great location far from crowds but close to everything we wanted to visit.
Such an amazing place. So good we decided to go back when back in Dehli before catching a flight home.
100% recommended
Impossible to find a fault.
Absolutely brilliant experience. Amazing service. Thank you for the warm hospitality.
Staff is super friendly and attentive. Always willing to make the best out of your stay, in every detail. The facility is a colonial style hotel, very well taken care of. Location is a super safe one. Do not expect to be 5-10 min away from main sightseeing locations in Delhi, as everything is far. The tradeoff is valid to be fairly good located in a safe area
From the moment I arrived at Maidens Hotel, we felt completely pampered & cared for. The architecture and design throughout the property is visually stunning. Rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed with excellent amenities and pristine bathrooms. The service staff are professional, attentive and warm - treat guests like absolute VIPs.
Breakfast is extensive, featuring both Indian and international options served buffet-style and à la carte. The quality of food is exceptional and portions are generous. Location is excellent - Civil Lines metro station is within easy walking distance, and there are reliable ATMs nearby. Safety is not a concern; the property is totally guarded & secure.
The staff never drop their standards & you feel valued and special. Never the condescending air that you get in some high-end places. A huge focus on guest satisfaction. This is luxury hospitality done to perfection.
Everything !! The stuff was amazing very helpful they helped us with planning and always cared about our needs. The hotel is very comfortable very well maintained the breakfast is superb with a lot of options

Amazing . Really love the heritage vibe and well maintain property. Food is really good. Everything is just perfect. Thanks.
We stayed at the Maidens Hotel for 2 nights on our way back home from a family trip to India. It's in the lovely Civil Lines area of Delhi and much cleaner and calmer than Connaught Place where we'd stay on arrival. It is also only a few minutes walk from the Metro which is great for accessing Delhi if you don't want the madness of the traffic! The hotel sits in lovely manicured grounds and is definitely an oasis of calm. From the moment you drive in you feel a weight lifting. It was built in 1903 and has proper old school feel. Rooms are much bigger than average and the bathrooms are enormous! Everything is clean and comfortable. We had lunch which was delicious, as were the breakfasts. The pool area was also lovely. Some might say it's a little out dated in terms of furnishings compared to the more modern hotels but we loved it. It has so much charachter and charm. You forget you are in the heart of the world's 2nd largest city. However, where it really I think stands out head and shoulders above the rest is the care of the staff who go over and above their duty. I had an unwanted encounter with a dog who may / may not have scratched me and I was naturally very worried about rabies (I had received 3 pre vaccines before I came) but I wanted to speak to a Dr about whether I needed the 2 boosters. By the time I spoke to one of the managers I was in quite a state. He was wonderful and before I knew I'd been given a plan! The nearest hospital had been called and the ER Dr was waiting for me. One of their lovely lady assistant managers had organised the chauffer to take me and my husband (she came too and was able to help us with the protocol). Within the hour I'd received the 1st of my boosters and was back at the hotel. I couldn't have been more grateful and I honestly don't think that we'd have got this level of service anywhere else. So thank you Maidens, I will definitely stay with you should I come to Delhi again. I felt in such safe hands and you took all the stress out of the situation. You not only provide excellent facilities and food but you go much further. Namaste ❤️

Beautiful historic hotel owned and run by the Oberoi group. You step in and are transported back to 1903. It's unique and charming. The location is further from central Delhi than comparable hotels like the other Oberoi, but Uber is excellent in Delhi in my experience (especially Uber Black) so everywhere is easily reached, and you are not more than 30 minutes from central Delhi sites in normal traffic.
Amazing food especially curated for us by chef jashan
Nice hospitality, 10/10 would reccomend
The staff the curtin restaurant were absolutely fabulous as was the entire team at Maidens Hotel. It has been a delightful stay. Ritam, Nile’s and Guarev were charming! The food was a joy especially as ww were not familiar with Indian district cuisine. Service exemplary. We will return!
A beautiful property, an oasis in the heart of New Delhi and the grounds are fabulous for relaxing with birds, trees, wildlife and a big pool. The room was clean and huge, the staff were exceptional and the food was top notch. They packed us up a takeaway breakfast as we had to check out early on our last morning.
A lovely colonial feel and immaculately clean.
