Pros:

I liked Mr. Chinmay the House keeping Manager the best ever I met.
Mr. Aryan at the reception very helpful.
Mr. Abhishek Pandey Duty Manager.
Mr. Chinmay gifted me 2 pillows brand new without charging me, as I told him that I have neck problems and never seen such a comfortable pillow after travelling all over the world.

Cons:

Delightful stay to attend a wedding in the hotel
Pros:

Beautiful suite with a view! Extremely helpful staff including one exceptional lady who spent time making sure my sari looked just right for a wedding we were attending

Comfortable relaxing and awesome
Pros:

The lobby is nice with comfortable seating and coffee. Breakfast was amazing. Room clean and comfortable. Swimming pool and gym and sauna was excellent

Cons:

Soup and shampoo are in refill bottles this only on other hotel, Trident should be similar to top hotels

We stayed for a friend's wedding, and the hotel was what you would expect for a 5* Hotel
Pros:

Great staff in the bars and restaurants - food was exceptional

Cons:

Lots of noisy guests - but I guess you can't blame the hotel for other peoples inability to know how to behave
