Not Bad
Pros:

The view was incredible and the revolving restaurant is a must. The hotel looks current but you can tell it's a bit dated when you get to the room. Very few channels. No movie options. Parking is a mess but so is Quebec City.

Pay valet if you can, but the parking garage is a tight squeeze.

Loved the cold tub and hot tub

Ciel Bistro was AWESOME!

Cons:

The greeting staff. She was rude and said we told you check-in is at 4PM. It's not 4." The valet staff witnessed her attitude and quickly intervened.

The shallow end of the pool is over 5ft. Too deep for many. Kids diving into it makes it unsafe for non-swimmers.

Massaal hotel, prima kamer. Voelde mij niet welkom

De kamer

Cons:

Alles om de kamer heen. Wij kwamen met 3 personen, lag er voor 2 personen handdoeken en glazen. Daar hebben wij meerdere keren om moeten vragen. Als je niet onder het hotel kan parkeren, wordt je naar een andere parkeergarage geleid wat fijn is, maar vraag wel wat je ervoor gaat betalen. Deze parkeergarage is namelijk goedkoper.

L’emplacement , la vue sur le château Frontenac

Cons:

L’isolation inexistante , on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres voisines. La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer (coulures sur les murs , touffe de cheveux dans la salle de bain, miette dans le frigo, tapisserie qui se décolle etc)
