Pros:

Great location, reasonable price.

Cons:

Didn't get the room made up after leaving cars requesting this. Went 3 nights without housekeeping. Some outlets didn't work.

Pros:

L’emplacement, le personnel était gentil, le restaurant déjeuner à même l’hôtel était absolument délicieux. La chambre était propre.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas prête malgré qu’il était dépassé l’heure d’arrivée permise. Heureusement, une autre personne de notre groupe avait sa chambre prête alors nous avons pu nous changer avant notre rendez-vous.

Disappointed
Cons:

Compared to the price, this hotel was very disappointing. The location is excellent, but that’s about the only positive.

The hotel feels old and poorly maintained. The room looked outdated, with old furniture, an old TV, an old mini-fridge, and worn tables. The bathroom was especially disappointing—the shower looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1990s. The walls, doors, and hallways also gave the impression of an aging building that hasn’t been renovated in years.

I paid over $230 for one night, and weekend rates can reach around $350. At those prices, I expected a clean, modern, and well-maintained hotel. Instead, it felt outdated and not worth the money. My own apartment feels more modern and luxurious than this hotel.

The hotel has great potential because of its fantastic location, but it really needs major renovations and modernization to justify its prices.

Pros:

Location was a plus since everything was walking distance.

Cons:

The beds were almost broken and noisy getting in and out. Property and rooms were old. No parking no breakfast included for the price paid. Was pretty expensive for the service and the quality of the rooms we got.

Excellent location
Pros:

The Hotel is in an excellent location near Old Quebec City. . We enjoyed our stay mainly because the hotel was so close to the Plains of Abraham which is a fantastic park. The reservation staff easily changed from French to English to make our communication good.

Cons:

The room was clean but dated and the ceiling had stains. The cloth chairs were worn and stained.
One of two windows looking out of the room was clouded probably because of a broken seal. The toilet kept filling on and off throughout the stay probably because it needed a new flapper valve.

- Lobby
- Restaurant Au cochon dingue

Cons:

- Stationnement n'était pas sur place
- pas possible de connecter des services de steaming sur la tv (Netflix par exemple)
- Pour avoir le billet pour le stationnement, il faut absolument que ça soit un valet qui le donne; un seul valet, beaucoup d'attente même si le personnel au front desk est libre
- idem pour les bagages en consigne, ça doit être un valet
- Porte valise et barrière brisés dans la chambre
- les fauteuils était vraiment tâchés et semblait sales
