Pros:

Fin beliggenhet og utsikt fra rommet . Senga var komfortabel

Cons:

Oppholdet var dessverre preget av flere forhold som trakk helhetsinntrykket ned. Hotellet bærer preg av manglende oppussing og vedlikehold, og badet på rommet var tydelig slitt. Vi hadde heller ikke varmt vann flere av dagene under oppholdet.

Treningsrommet var svært utdatert, og flere av apparatene var defekte. I tillegg opplevde vi personalet som lite imøtekommende og lite løsningsorientert. Vi fikk for eksempel ikke sjekke inn bare 15 minutter før ordinær innsjekking, selv om rommet tilsynelatende var tilgjengelig. Vi ønsket også å ta en drink i øverste etasje, men fikk beskjed om at dette ikke var mulig på grunn av et planlagt arrangement. Det var imidlertid ingen synlig aktivitet eller gjester der da vi forsøkte.

Very nice mid-range property Thst’s convenient to everything.
Pros:

Near Old Quebec, in a safe, upscale area, pleasant lobby. Staff. Rooms were spacious, there was a restaurant on the property. Friendly staff thst spoke English. Within walking distance of coffee shops, Old Quebec.

Cons:

No special perks or amenities, such as lotion or body wash

Cons:

Toilet broke during the night, too stuffy, very warm room, even with aircon, safe locked, asked, was told, they can't be used, even though it advices to use them in the hotel booklet in room

Very dated. Room was worn and in dire need of a revamp. Bathroom has cracked tiles. Tiles and grouting had mold-like stains

Pros:

생일기념으로 혼자 여행갔는데 너무나도 좋은 방을 배정받아서 행복하게 지내다왔어요. 전망이 너무 좋은 곳이었고, 근처에 식당들도 많아서 식사하기도 편리한 곳이었어요. 주 퀘백도시쪽은 조금 도보로 거리가 있어도 전망이 좋아서 이 모든 게 장점으로 승화됩니다.

Cons:

헬스장 시설이 생각보다 규모가 적고, 아침 조식이 없어서 그 부분이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

Ideales Hotel für die Erkundung von Quebec
Pros:

Grosses Hotel an super Lage. Parkplatz direkt vor Ort vorhanden. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit wunderbarem Ausblick über Quebec.
