Pros:

Friends said the beds were either perfect or too soft. The shower water pressure was a little low but that could also be a local water savings regulation. Parking costs were predatory. There is no reason it should cost $60/night for on-site parking and I was tempted to give a negative review just for the parking issues. Everything else was amazing.

Cons:

Why is parking $60/night when the garage a block over charged me $8/night and the lot next door charges $23/night.. This is an intentionally predatory decision by the hotel.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Large spacious room, courteous and helpful staff, easy check in and check out. Very good location.

Cons:

Very small counter top in bathroom. Phone Calls to the hotel from outside was being answered by a Bot.

Comfortable hotel with great staff
Pros:

Room was comfortable and bar/cafe area was great, staff were all very welcoming and helpful

Cons:

The area was too busy for me and quite far to walk to main attractions

Pros:

O hotel fica em frente à Av. Jarvis, muito bem localizado. O quarto é muito espaçoso, realmente imenso. O café da manhã não fica em uma área própria, pode-se dizer que está na área de circulação, o que tem seu lado positivo e negativo.

Cons:

A circulação interna é um pouco confusa, pois os quartos podem estar em alas diversas. Para a ala em que fiquei, há uma caminhada considerável, ainda mais porque o acesso do hotel às vezes é alterado para uma entrada secundária, mais próxima da outra ala.
