A couple of nights
Pros:

Great location to explore Toronto. Our room was large and clean. Comfortable bed.

Cómodo, bien ubicado
Pros:

La habitación era amplia y limpia, con cafetera, mini refrigerador y caja fuerte. Lo mejor de todo sin duda son la ubicación (a menos de 5 minutos del metro) y el staff, todo el personal muy amable.

Cons:

El desayuno no es tan variado y deben estar todos los huéspedes (de la misma habitación) juntos para ordenar, lo que no resulta tan práctico cuando cada uno quiere comer en distintos horarios.

Sink outside the bathroom!!
We were given breakfast cards upon arrival. We only used the first day, but were still billed for the entire day.

Robbed $2,000
Pros:

I planned a trip and initially paid $1,500. Before traveling, I realized there might be an issue with the credit card required for check-in, so I called the hotel in advance, explained my situation, and specifically asked whether I would still be able to check in. I also mentioned that I might extend my stay. The staff assured me there would be no problem and then charged me an additional $500.

Based on that assurance, I traveled 6,000 km, only to arrive and be told that I could not check in. I was left stranded in an unfamiliar city despite having paid over $2,000. To make matters worse, it has now been six days and I still have not received my money back.

This situation could have been avoided entirely if I had been given accurate information when I called ahead. Instead, I relied on the hotel’s assurances, traveled a significant distance, and was left without accommodation and without access to more than $2,000 of my money. This was an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience.
