The locality
The cleanliness of this property has really diminished in the last 7months. Noticeably, the eating areas are dirty and not cleaned often enough
Spent one night in the Waterfront room before deciding to upgrade to a Tower room for a better view of the sea, boats, and bridge. The upgrade was quick and easy, with no issues at all.
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has so much to offer, including several restaurants, fine dining on Level 17, a gym, spa, sauna, a bistro for breakfast and brunch, a bar, and a casino. It was especially lively on Friday and Saturday nights, making it a popular destination with a great atmosphere. There were so many options that we were spoiled for choice.
The rooms were spotless and well maintained throughout my stay. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel.
We also dined at the revolving restaurant. Unfortunately, it was difficult to fully enjoy the experience because there was a large dinner party that became quite loud as the evening went on. That said, this wasn't the restaurant's fault, and the food, service, and views were still enjoyable.

The room was spacious, comfortable and the cost was very reasonable. Bonus of the casino facilities was handy though we did not get a chance to utilise that aspect due to commitments.
