Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff!
Pros:

The staff were amazingly helpful, the room was beautiful and clean, the location was super convenient. I loved that there was secured parking!

Cons:

I wish they didn’t charge extra for parking, that sucked

I am happy and satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness I experienced staying with Sandman in Davie
Pros:

Close by to eateries, popular, clean, staff very accommodating.

Cons:

Was impressed of having a laundry facilities in the room, but not quite keen on the washing machine combination dryer. There was no instructions available. Have not used one before, ended up washing twice to include drying, unable to dry clothes further as it was still damp.

Buena ubicación!
Pros:

La ubicación está muy bien, en Davie St que te permite ir andando a todas partes. El apartamento está bien dotado de utensilios y el baño está nuevo

Cons:

El agua de la ducha no llegaba a salir caliente. Necesitaría un repaso de pintura

Top Lage - im Apartment alles was man braucht
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist total super!! Die Daviestreet, an der das Hotel liegt, ist eine der wichtigsten Straßen in Down Town. Es sind 24h-Stunden Geschäfte direkt gegenüber und drumrum, Kneipen ohne Ende und auch die nächste Bushaltestelle ist gerade mal 50-100 Meter weg (das ÖPNV-Netz in Vancouver fanden wir ganz prima). Sogar der Strand, die English-Bay, ist gut zufuß erreichbar.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 20. Stock mit Balkon, (haben hier alle Zimmer) und haben die Aussicht über die Stadt und auch den Meerblick unheimlich genossen. Die Küche des Apartments war einfach, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Bad war super und die Klimaanlage hat auch sehr gute Arbeit geleistet. Wir haben uns alles in allem sehr, sehr wohlgfühlt in diesem Apartment und würden auf jedenfall wieder dorthin gehen.

Cons:

In der Ausstattung war auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner verzeichnet und darauf haben wir uns beim Packen unserer Kleidung verlassen, d.h. wir mussten waschen. Leider war das nicht so einfach, denn die Waschmaschine war in einem Schrank so seltsam verbaut, dass wir etwas tricksen mussten, um uns Zugang zur Waschmittelzufuhr zu verschaffen. Den integrierten Trockner konnten wir dadurch bedienen, dass wir uns im Internet die Gebrauchsanleitung dafür herunter geladen haben, die hätte das Hotel durchaus bereitstellen können.
Was uns leider gar nicht gefallen hat, war, dass der Pool geschlossen war. Wir hatten dieses Hotel u.a. gerade auch deshalb gebucht, weil wir am Abend immer gerne noch eine Runde schwimmen und fanden es sehr ärgerlich, dass das nicht ging.

Pros:

Recently renovated i think, modern suite. Huge, separate living and bathroom.. Excellent facilities, even comes with washer dryer. Plenty of food surrounding and short walk to Granville Island ferry or cbd. Shower is best feature.

Cons:

Lifts might be abit slow.

not coming back- its not a sandman frenchise, i have stayed in multiple for this was nothing close.
