It was ok for one night but area was not nice at night, room needs an upgrade

Felt well used and worn .. chipped paint/woodwork, dark, worn carpets, curtains did not close properly, felt quite grubby

Pros:

Localização excelente! Recebemos um upgrade para um andar mais alto no check-in, o que fez toda a diferença, pois tivemos além de privacidade, uma vista ótima da cidade. O quarto era muito espaçoso! O hotel, por possuir esse espaço com cozinha e sala de estar, é um ótimo custo-beneficio, já que o hotel não possui café da manhã. Tudo estava muito limpo, a cozinha muito nova e bem equipada, e o banheiro (com um ótimo chuveiro!) era maravilhoso.

Cons:

Os travesseiros eram muito altos, o que na nossa opinião, não achamos confortável. Além disso, não havia restaurante para tomar café da manhã.

Nice, modern long-stay type of hotel. Recommended.
Pros:

The suite felt new and modern. It also had all the amenities you'd expect and more from a hotel. J'm assuming the hotel was relatively recently renovated because otherwise I don't understand the average score for this hotel - at all.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, restaurant next door was great. Room had a lovely view

Cons:

Unfortunately the sofa bed had a sign stating it was broken even though I had emailed twice to ensure we had a room with the extra bed as we were 2 singles travelling.

Great value for money - great stay
Pros:

The location was perfect and the suite was really nice.
The staff super helpful. I request a few thing that they fixed and sorted straight away.
It close to everything downtown. I would recommend.

Cons:

It looked a little grubby even if it was not. As they are suits there is not breakfast or restaurant. So nothing bad about the property. Things to know.

Pros:

Very good position, very comfortable,
Good value for money

Cons:

We came back at 10.15 after a late day tour and the door was locked.
The nightwatchman at the desk refused to look up and we eventually managed to get our room key to open the door.
Very poor.
After we checked out we had to wait for an hour for a cab to the station and I asked to use the bathroom but was advised that they did not have one we could use

Sauberkeit, Engagement der Putzfrau, Schlafsofa war ganz schrecklich unbequem (nur Sprungfedern gespürt) und noch nicht mal 3 Decken bei 3 Personen
