we got a terribble dark, old room in the 4th floor with AC which could not be regulated and which was so noisy that it was not imaginable to sleep with.a mechanic came and solved the problem with turning the whole AC system off comlpletely. so we were left with no AC for the night. after some dispute at the reception we were generously given a renovated room on the 23th the following day which resebled more the 21th century and looked like the room I booked. However, the room was located directly next to old rattling elevators seemingly with little insulation,which led to the second disturbed night we spent there.( there was no escape,as they refused any compensation due to booking through third party business e.g. BOOKING) In the upper floors noise of renovation works could be heard all day. Seeing the bar table's condition at the restaurant's entrance,we did not even try breakfast there but went to the neighbouring hotel right away. the garage floor was covered by thick dust,so that we had to clean our shoes and the suitcases' wheels before putting them into the car. The most terrible 2 nights of my last 20 years........

Buen hotel para visitar Ottawa
Pros:

Habitación amplia. Buen desayuno. Atención en recepción excelente.cama cómoda. Buenas wiffi

Cons:

El baño un poco justo. Que permitan en la piscina que los niños jueguen gritando y salpicando con los juegos. Debería haber un horario solo adultos.

It was only a walk away from everything we needed while there

Cons:

For breakfast we were told by the staff in the lounge upstairs that breakfast was down stairs in the restaurant, then was later informed we would need to pay for the breakfast. The resultant made it right as we were informed wronged.

Cons:

Parking not included for pickup trucks. Room temperature was too hot. We were on the 25th floor and it seemed like the AC wouldnt keep up to the heat load.

Près du centre-ville, belle vue, restaurant bon, lobby bien

Cons:

Attente pour avoir notre chambre très déplaisant, prix de la chambre cher pour qualité, finir dans la chambre mal fait, tache sur les draps, mouchoirs vides, crayon qui ne fonctionnais pas, papier dans les toilettes à notre arrivé.

Cons:

Climatiseur fonctionnait mais l’air n’était pas bien propulsé alors il faisait chaud dans la chambre . Porte de la salle de bain avec zéro intimité entre amis .

I thought the location was great, service was excellent! Easy entry and exit.

Cons:

I thought the rooms could have been cleaner, shower was a little dirty. Shelves in bathroom weren't dusted, some of the walls were a bit dirty and tables as well, I thought the parking garage was a bit tricky to find parking, especially with all the construction down there. I also thought there could be more signs for finding the entry door to the hotel from the parking garage. It was a bit tricky to find as well.

Cons:

The parking was so confusing to get around to find my car. Was lost for 20 minutes. Signage sucks. I had even taken a photo of where I was. They need to fix this asap. 26$.

Pros:

L'hôtel est vraiment bien situé, près du parlement. à quelques pas, des terrasses et même du Rideau mall centre. Service de restauration de bonne qualité mais peu varié. Le personnel est exceptionnel, ce n'est pas ma première visite et ce ne sera certainement pas ma dernière, comparée au Sheraton c'est similaire avec moins de bruit.

Cons:

Les places pour garer la voiture pendant le check inn sont inexistantes j'ai dû rester au devant de la porte en bloquant le passage des autres voitures. Les salles de bain sont très propres mais un peu vieillottes. Le hall d'entrée ne donne pas l'impression d'un hôtel de gamme comme le Sheraton ou le Hyatt.
