Cons:

I arrived at the Downtown Philadelphia Marriott on Saturday Afternoon June 27th. I waited in line for 30 minutes to speak with someone at the registration counter. I was assured by the clerk that I had a reservation and the hotel had already received payment for the room. There was no room currently available. I would receive a phone call when my room was ready. Later that afternoon I did receive a voicemail message stating only that my room was available. That evening I returned to the hotel and after waiting 30 minutes in line I checked in with a second clerk who gave me keys and directions to the room. There was no mention of additional charges at this time. I went to the room left my luggage and went out for the evening. When I returned to the hotel shortly after midnight that night my room keys no longer worked. I went back to the registration desk. After waiting in line for 15 minutes I was told I had not paid a security deposit so my keys had been deactivated. There was no mention of a security deposit during my 3 previous communications with Marriott that day. I was not given any compensation for the inconvenience.

Ubicación perfecta trato malo
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. Sólo 2 personas de 7 que había atendiendo el mostrador fueron muy agradables. Desayuno aceptable, no se si merece la pena el precio. Te guardan el equipaje si lo necesitas.

Cons:

El Wifi es de pago si no te haces cuenta, y eso no lo pone en la descripción. El trato del personal fue bastante áspero y seco. Poca prerión de agua. Me tocó habitación cln vistas a otra habitación y padred. Instalaciones antiguas. No me querían dar la factura al salir al reservar a través de booking. No contestan a los mensajes.
