Pros:

Camere spaziose

Cons:

Ascensore claudicante, servizio nervoso e mancanza parcheggio, prenotato due camere comunicanti, ottenuto due camere in ali diverse dello stabile. Supporto minimo e poco accogliente.

Very bad!
Cons:

I have never, in all my years of traveling, encountered such appallingly rude service from a so-called "star-rated" hotel. The front desk staff treated me as if I personally owed them a fortune — cold, dismissive, and visibly annoyed every time I asked a question. They rolled their eyes, sighed repeatedly, and made me repeat myself over and over, as if my very presence was an unbearable inconvenience. It was outright contemptuous.

And the nightmare didn't stop there. When I asked housekeeping for bottled water — a basic amenity you'd expect even from a budget motel — I was met with the same hostility. The cleaner snapped at me with a flat "We don't have any," and walked away without another word. No apology, no offer to help, nothing.

Is this really the standard for a hotel of this rating? Absolutely disgraceful. This wasn't just poor service — it was a humiliating, degrading experience from start to finish. I would give zero stars if I could. Save your money and your sanity — stay anywhere else.

Meh
Pros:

Giant hotel, rooms are of decent size but old. AC can not keep up, temperature never got to be right. Some staff are unpleasant and careless.

Needs improvement
Pros:

Got placed in a King room in the Headhouse tower.
Pros:
- quiet
- large rooms
- hotel is in a good location
- Headhouse rooms appeared to be convenient to those going to the convention center.
- Room was decorated nicely

Cons:
- Maze to find room. LONG walk across the bridge (Marriott should hand out maps if you have to stay in these rooms. Had to ask a passing employee for directions.
- If you have elite status with Marriott or have concierge lounge access, it’s a very long walk back across the bridge to the opposite side of the hotel and then up to the 23rd floor.
- Showered basin was backed up/clogged
- No bottled water provided in the room (complimentary or otherwise)
- Bed felt worn out= poor nights rest; stayed at a Springhill suites last week with a much better bed.
- Pillows were old, flat and worn out. Woke with a sore neck
- sliding door to the closet wouldn’t work
- Low shower pressure
- There’s a quick serve restaurant called “The Pantry”. Don’t get the burger. It was ready in 5 minutes; was like eating leather.
- Titanium status but would not honor a late checkout. (Checkout is fairly early at 11 am)
-Valet parking for one night: $71.66
- all this for over $320 / night (corporate rate for room only with tax/fees) there were 5 different taxes added on to the bill- literally nickeling and dime- one tax was $0.14 and another $0.18.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Only the location.

Cons:

During my check-in, I had a very disappointing experience with your reception staff. The lady at the front desk was rude and appeared more concerned about the end of her shift than assisting guests. There was a long queue at check-in, and she seemed visibly frustrated by the number of people waiting.

When I asked about internet access, my question was ignored, which I found unprofessional and discourteous.

I was equally disappointed with the service in the luggage storage/locker room. My luggage was handled very carelessly, with staff appearing to throw bags around rather than treating guests' belongings with appropriate care and respect. This is something I have never experienced during my stays at other hotels.

Overall, my stay was negatively affected by the poor level of customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a very poor impression of your hotel, and I will think twice before booking any of your properties in the future.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve the standard of service for future guests.

Apologised twice publicly, followed up with me zero times
Pros:

I am reposting a review with an update, because the follow-up (or lack thereof) is perhaps the biggest point.

To recap: June 2026, with my family of four on a busy World Cup weekend. Our reserved room was unavailable and we were moved to a smaller one described to us as an "upgrade." Despite a booking explicitly for four, staff initially refused to set up the sofa bed and told me to "do it myself" — with linens that were not even in the room. Three of four windows were masked by an adjacent wall, and the air conditioning unit was so noisy and poorly maintained that woke us repeatedly (my wife ended up sleeping on a sofa bed with my kids where the noise was less). In the lobby, there were huge lines everywhere, and visibly too few staff for the occupancy (<50% desks staffed).

I understand it was a busy weekend and can understand some lapses. What I cannot get past is this: I have now received two public 'apologies' from the hotel — one on Marriott's own site conceding that a lack of management follow-up falls short of their standards, and one here saying my feedback had gone to leadership for "immediate corrective action" — and not one word of actual contact. More than 4 weeks on, no call, no email, no follow-up of any kind.

The apologies appear to be written for future guests reading the reviews, not for the guest who complained.

Great location. Judge the rest for yourself.
