I arrived at 8.30pm and asked how late the restauarant stayed open. He guy said until 9pm butthekitchen was closed. I asked about room service, and was told that would be fine, but all they had was pizza. I ordered a Margarita and waited in my room for about 50 minutes, tried to call the front dest and was unsuccessful. I went downstairs and asked about my pizza and was told the restauarant was closed, there's nothing to be done about it. I ate trail mix for dinner. My room's balcony was a wall with no view out. I changed rooms to a view "out" although the solid railing blocked looking out while sitting. There were no side tables next to the bed and the closest electrical receptacle was too far away for my phone to reach the bed. I'm glad I didn't bring my laptop, as the same was true of the "desk." I did not find the coffee pods until the second day because they were hidden in a jar on the "bar",

A pleasant stay in a quaint hotel within a stroll to the grove. What else could you want?
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, and this may sound crazy, but the whole place smells great.

Cons:

Proper gym facilities, but there are plenty of gyms in the area so not a deal breaker at all for me.

A Wonderful Week at Palihouse West Hollywood
Pros:

My one-week stay at Palihouse West Hollywood was a wonderful experience! The hotel is in a great location, with a nice restaurant next door and several other restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated - charming and cozy. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend Palihouse West Hollywood and would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Superbe hôtel, idéalement situé, à la décoration très soignée et aux chambres particulièrement confortables.
Le restaurant-bar et la piscine sont un vrai plus après une journée de visite.
Le personnel est également très sympathique.
Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.

I enjoyed staying here, and I’ll be back again!
Pros:

This is such a nice and creative interior boutique hotel. It’s very quant and a throwback to the 70’s. The staff was very nice!
I’ll stay here again!

Cons:

There is an odor in the halls, think of walking into grandma’s house. But again that kind of makes it familiar.
It would be nice if they’d provide some complimentary bottles of water for the evening.
And in the morning, early, complementary coffee. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a huge differences.
