Loud air conditioner sound on the 5th floor and also thin wall.
Posizione centrale, comodo il vallet che ti prende e parcheggia la macchina. Camera ampia e luminosa con un bel bagno grande.

A great area, near to the Beverly Centre, The Grove and Farmers Market. The hotel decor was stunning and the rooms are really comfortable, with everything you need, including Diptyque shower gels and creams. Excellent all round
Stayed here for a solo trip to LA and chose Palihouse bc of how beautiful it looked and bc the area is safe and walkable. I had some logistical issues with my booking and Meghan was incredible, she provided excellent service and helped me in a bind. I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in LA!!
My room was very spacious and had a beautiful large bathroom. Very safe and quiet area and hotel. Awesome gelato place across the street. Very close to great shopping at Beverly Center and on a great street with lots of amazing food options.

They didn’t clean our room while we signed that we were ok with cleaning it, and when we asked for at least new towels, they forgot to put them in our room. The receptionist also told us that we should have informed them that we had left the room so the cleaning team could pass through it… First time they tell me this TBW in a hotel

Could not sort out daily cleaning service, I had to ask multiple times and on two days cleaning never happened.
Room smelled musty. Refrigerator made noise at night.

I liked the lobby / bar area. The rooms had a musty small. The bathroom was very clean which was a plus. The refrigerator was very noisy at night.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at Palihouse West Hollywood that I felt it was worth sharing.
Phrancisco, David, and the rest of the team were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the stay special. The room itself was fantastic — the bed was super comfortable and the shower was excellent. And I especially loved the bathroom amenities from Diptyque.
Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely go back and highly recommend staying here.
Check in and check out was a breeze. The two gentlemen at the reception were very welcoming upon arrival.
I love the ambience of the property and the room was perfect. Breakfast at the cafe was perfect too!
Housekeeping was very friendly and always initiated conversation.
Meghan was gracious to hold my luggage at check out since my flight wasn’t till late in the evening. She also had great dining suggestions for lunch.

This is a superb boutique hotel, the staff are extremely helpful, I wanted a room at the back of the hotel as i sleep light, and there was no issue. I had a great sized room, super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious shame they didnt do evening meals!
phrancisco was amazing. Really great and giving options on if I wanted to visit the beach or go on a hike. He recommended the beach and I couldn’t be more please. Very high level individual and knows his way through the hotel and beyond!
Location for Palihouse WeHo is AMAZING! Within walking distance of amazing restaurants and shopping. I couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay when in town for business. Phrancesco was fabulous at the front desk and took care of my needs leaving my luggage after checkout and letting me pick up door dash at the lobby for a hotel night in dinner.
Farnsisco and David were very helpful and the property as well was amazing thank you so much for the hospitality
