Very comfortable stay with a good breakfast. Nicely appointed room. Heated swimming pool.
The deluxe room is amazing and the heated pool is great!
Breakfast was great but could’ve been slightly improved.
Lovely location and restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Top floor family room - 401 - was super.
The fridge stopped working on day one - no replacement just some cold water. There is no lift and our room was on fourth floor.
Some of the staff like Elena were good, some were not and looked bored. Classic issue was at the end when we wanted help with bags - quote: “I am not a bell boy - I will help with (only) 1 bag (of 4).” This was odd as on arrival we were helped up with the bags very positively.
Comfortable room, good breakfast
Room faced inner courtyard, not my favorite but they probably have other views
The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. A good selection at breakfast including some local goodies. Also useful that they had parking available.
I didn't find the staff very helpful during our stay compared to the good hospitality we'd experienced in other hotels in Georgia. For example we had to go out of our way to ask for coffee at breakfast whereas in most hotels, it was offered once you sat down.
A beautiful boutique hotel with very comfortable rooms and friendly staff in a beautiful setting.
Property is cozy and clean stuff is really good
Fab hotel in Telavi, with large, beautiful, quiet rooms. Breakfast was lovely. I only had a short one-night stay but wish I could have stayed longer as it was so gorgeous.

Great place to stay. Breakfast had good options and is good valu. Even the restuarant had great options and is reasonably priced.
No lift, have to carry bags to the floor allocated rooms.
The hotel property has a nice aesthetic, with a cute internal courtyard and well-designed rooms. All facilities were very clean and modern.
Breakfast was excellent with many options; it starts at 8am.
Location is great: along a main road and about 10-15mins walking distance to the town center. We didn’t experience any noise and slept well (room faced courtyard, can’t speak to street-facing rooms).
The staff were hospitable and helpful.
Overall, this was one of our best stays in Georgia—generally, but especially value for money. Very affordable given the quality of the hotel and rooms.

Delicious breakfast buffet
Small rooms, shower wet bathroom floor
We had a wonderful stay here. The view is absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of the trip! The staff were great, the facilities were good, and everything was kept perfectly clean.
Just a heads-up: there is no lift at the hotel. If you are traveling with family or have heavy luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout as you’ll have to take the stairs up three floors. Aside from the climb, everything was perfect!
No elevator, no one to help with the luggage, not all restaurant staff speak English
