L'hôtel est bien placé et accessible par tout moyen de transport. Son personnel à été très serviable et professionnel.



L'ensemble de l'hôtel mérite d'être "rafraîchi". Les équipements sanitaires de la chambre étaient vieillissants.

L état des chambres.
Ampoules non fonctionnelles,
État très vieillissant de la chambre.
Sur le site ça mentionnait une suite avec baignoire et deux vasques. J ai eu une seule vasque et une douche.
Absence de matériel qui normalement est compris... Comme le fer a repasser.
Téléviseur de la chambre qui ne captait pas les chaînes.
Les chambres sont vraiment très vieillissantes

Emplacement proche gare et centre ville, confort de la chambre, rapport qualité prix , petit déjeuner très correct, personnel discret mais accueillant.

Cons:

TV un peu vieillotte, d'après moi pas au standard d'un 4 étoiles.

Très déçu pour une cliente des Novotel
Pros:

La proximité du centre de Nantes et la vue de la chambre. La literie de bonne qualité. Le sèche cheveux.

Cons:

La décoration de la chambre très froide avec un manque de chaleur. La salle de bain avec une baignoire très haute, une douche serait beaucoup mieux.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner pas digne d’un Novotel un vrai fouillis…tasse bol. sale, assiette ébréchée boule à thé d’un autre âge.
