Room only changed once every 4 days unless requested. But if this keeps the price down then ok for a 2 day stay

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to tourist attractions, public transport, and the Markthal. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet throughout our stay.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive a card and balloons in celebration of our 28th wedding anniversary, which made the experience even more special. The room was very spacious, modern, and clean.
Highly recommended from us—visiting from Australia.
Property was in a good location, near to the cube houses and market hall. It was clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room had all necessary amenities including a fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Record player was a great added touch.

That i was allocated a lower floor even when i had requested a good view - even though i stayed for 6 nights
die Lage ist ausgezeichnet; Zimmer ruhig.
4 Stern Hotel, dass beim Frühstück nur zwei Käse und drei Wurstsorten anbieten. kein Fisch, Heiße Schokolade auf Anfrage; Buffet wurde teilweise schon um 09:30 nicht mehr nachgefüllt bzw. abgebaut.
Sauberkeit ist stark verbesserungswürdig. House Keeping alle drei Tage, was zwar okay ist jedoch erklärt es nicht, warum bei Anreise das Wasser im Toilettenbürstenhalter steht oder Staub am Fenstersims und Ablageflächen zu finden ist.
Es gibt einen Self Check-In bzw. Check Out, trotzdem ist viel Personal vorhanden. Warum dann überhaupt einen Self Check-In anbieten? Haben uns dementsprechend bevormundet vor.
Personal an Rezeption bzw. Bar zwar freundlich aber nicht sonderlich aufmerksam. Rechnung wurde bis heute keine übermittelt!!!

We hadden geen ontbijt maar konden thee en koffie zetten op de kamer. Locatie was vlakbij station Blaak, waar trein, tram en metro gepakt konden worden. Ruime comfortabele kamer, goede bedden, prima flatscreen, lekker stil. Goede, ruime badkamer met zonnedouche!
Hygiene kon iets beter (wat vegen op bureau en op badkamervloer), al was het redelijk netjes.
Clean, modern with a large stand alone shower.. good breakfast. Handy location for Blaak station, waterfront and Markets
Nothing to complain about. No hair conditioner, so should have brought some of those little bottles for this trip :-)
