Super vriendelijk personeel!

I had a great stay at leonardo savoy. Lovely hotel in a great location, with many nice cafes on the street and nearby, close to Blaak station, clean and spacious room, good air conditioning, friendly staff, nice decorations, i was there during the North sea jazz festival, and the festival time schedule agenda was updated in the elevator, nice touch for the festival atmosphere.
I took breakfast one of the days and think it can improve by adding vegetables..
The location was great and the staff really helpful, loved the terrace in our room!
The double bed was too small, but really comfy.

Nice, freshly renovated room, good air conditioning, very comfortable mattress (!) and good pillows. Quite nicely arranged storage space (considering we had a 6 nights stay). Very nice breakfasts. We think it's a great value for the money. Highly recommended
Just one little episode worth mentioning: on the day our room was supposed to be cleaned, we had a "don't disturb" sign till approx 11:30 am. On the way out, we say a bag with new towels by the door and realized cleaning lady had already passed our room (and was working in the next one, still on same floor). I went to Reception and asked staff member to contact the Cleaning team, advise that we are out and we would like our room to be cleaned. I was promised it all will be taken care of. However, in the evening we discovered that room hadn't been cleaned which came as disappointment. Rather than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

L'établissement est facilement accessible en transports en commun (tram et métro) et situé dans un rue à la fois animée (présence de cafés, restaurants et magasins sympas) mais à la fois calme. Le personnel est très souriant. Petit-déjeuner copieux et horaire de dégustation assez large. Heure de check-out idéale. Approche écoresponsable (serviettes de bain) fort appréciable.

La amabilidad del personal de mesa de entrada en especial el chileno que me atendió. La cercanía del hotel a las atracciones turísticas es el fuerte. La habitación que me asignaron fue la 314, es espaciosa, cama cómoda, hay caja fuerte, cafetera, pava, heladera, aire central y tv donde pude ver los partidos del mundial. Tiene un toca disco que la hace distinta a las habitaciones de otros hoteles. No se escuchan ruidos, bien aislada.
El desayuno necesita una vuelta de rosca, se vuelve un poco incómodo que de un lado estén las maquinas de café y del otro lado la comida y entre medio algunas mesas y personas que van y vienen. Hay mucho espacio... creo que deberían acomodarlo de otra manera. Falta un poco de variedad y estar atento a reponer el café. Una taza entera de café la tuve que dejar porque tenía sabor a detergente. Las almohadas podrían ser mejores.
