Likanen eteenkin spa ja sauna ei ollut päällä, span lattia todella liukas sekä ihmeellisen vaahtoava poreamme. Aamiainen- todella sekava, hälynen paikka, ihmiset sinkoilivat sinne ja tänne- ei hyvä organisointia, Lasit ja kulhot usein loppu ja todella pienet. Itse aamiainen oli kuitenkin hyvä- oli valikoimaa liikaakin! Huoneessa teepussit liimautuneet alustaan kiinni-0lisko likanen?!! ,kahvia liian vähän vain 1 kahvi ja1 cofeeniton kahvi ( 2 yötä huoneessa).Hotelli täynnä ihmisiä. Hotellin opasteet vain tv: QR koodilla saatavilla- ei mitään infoa tarkemmin muuallakaan span aukoilosta, wifi tiedosta yms!! En ehkä toiseen kertaan tähän hotelliin mene..??

Lite fornøyd med oppholdet
Pros:

God mat, grei frokost, gode senger og fint spaområde.

Cons:

Ved ankomst var det ene rommet ille lukt av oppkast. Da vi sa ifra til personalet, prøvde de å få bort lukt ved å fjerne en matte på rommet og vaske. Dette hjalp noe, men det var fortsatt lukt på rommet som var skjemmende.
Vi fikk først beskjed om at vi kunne få refundert oppholdet, men dette lot seg ikke gjøre siden vi hadde booket vi booking.com og ikke via hotellet. Selv om jeg betalte oppholdet på hotellet. Det endte med at vi kun fikk et gavekort pålydende sum for første natten.
Oppholdet gjorde ferien til en dårlig opplevelse og kommer ikke til å booke på dette hotellet flere ganger. Jeg kommer også til å være forsiktig med å booke via booking.com siden det ikke går å få refundert hvis noe skulle oppstå under oppholdet.

Hotellihuone oli viihtyisä ja sänky hyvä. Kylpyhuone tilava. Plussaa kylpyammeesta. Huoneen hintaan kuuluva spaosasto mukava lisä. Aamupala erinomainen.

Naapurihuoneessa siirreltiin huonekaluja yömyöhäiseen.

Pokoje podstarzale w swoim stylu i zuzyciu, brudno w lazienkach.
Pros:

Wspaniale sniadanie i sala do jego serwowania bardzo stylowa. Pomocny personel, lokalizacja w centrum, na dole bar i muzyka DJ na zywo, niekoniecznie dla rodzin, ale dla doroslych podrozujacych bedzie ok.

Cons:

Niestety ogromnym zaskoczeniem i rozczarowaniem byl stan naszego pokoju - takiego brudu dawno nigdzie nie widzialam. Pod lozkiem gruba warstwa kurzu, az strach pomyslec jak dlugo podloga nie widziala odkurzacza i mopa, w lazience wymienione zostaly reczniki, jednak wlosy poprzednich gosci byly wszedzie - na kratce pod prysznicem, na podlodze w lazience, na umywalce... Po zgloszeniu na recepcji przyszedl pan, ktory doprowadzil lazienke do ladu, jednak to nas nie przekonalo i nie wrocimy z pewnoscia do tego obiektu.

Bra sängar och dusch, samt trevlig personal. Ett extra för att det var AC på rummet.

Cons:

Heltäckningsmatta på rummet och att den inte hade blivit rengjord innan vi klev in. Tycker inte om Heltäckningsmattor, eftersom dom sällan är rena.

Schönes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Hotel in sehr guter Lage und sehr gutem Frühstück.
Wir hatten ruhige Zimmer im 1.OG zum Hinterhof.
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Alles bestens.
