Pros:

The location is a bit out of the city centre but it was near my conference. So ideal for me. It ia located in a nice green park near the fjord. The staff were very friendly amd helpful and the rooms were clean and the breakfast very tasty. Would definitely recommend again.

Hotellet ligger skjermet rett ved vannet, avslappende og koselig atmosfære både inne og ute.

Cons:

Jeg likte egentlig alt, men på bookingen sto det at det var minibar/kjøleskap og vegg til vegg teppe på rommet, det var ingen av delene på rommet jeg var på, det er helt i orden for meg, men da er det ikke helt oppdaterte opplysninger om rommene på bookingen her inne.

At det lå nærme dit vi skulle.
Hyggelig dame i resepsjonen, men som jobbet under høyt press.

Cons:

Dyrt for en natt, over 4000kr uten frokost og uten parkering ink i pris.

Room service tok lang tid, og når pizza kom var den dynket i olje. Burgeren var kaldt. På toppen så avbestiller man drikke, som alikavel kommer. Betalte så en høy pris for noe som ikke ble spist opp.

Sjampo og balsam opplevdes billig.
Minibar var ikke fylt opp fordi man skulle kjøpe nede i resepsjonen som det konstant var lange køer til.

Lang kø ved innsjekk, rundt 16.00 tiden

Problemer med heisen som flere ganger ikke ville ta oss opp til 5 etasje men kjørte ned igjen i lobbyen og så gjøre det samme igjen. Dette skjedde så og si alle gangene vi brukte den. Flere gjester opplevde det samme

La douche etait cassée, je l’ai signalé et rizn n’a etz’ fait. Je suis handicapée. Je ne peux pas soulever le pommeau de douche trz’s lourd. Je n’ai pas pu me doucher correctement. Je souhaite une compensation.

Oslo Stadt erleben

Zimmer sind ruhig, man hört keine Geräusche von nebenan.
Sehr gute und häufige Busanbindung in die Innenstadt.

Cons:

Die Betten waren für uns viel zu weich und die Matratzen waren schmutzig, das Laken wird nur über die Schonbezüge gezogen. Dadurch war es sichtbar. Es gab 1 Bettdecke für ein Doppelbett, das hätte man erfragen müssen ob dies gewünscht wird. Das Bad hat eine sehr kleine Duschkabine, die auch noch abgerundet ist und es läuft beim Duschen aus der Dusche und das Bad ist danach nass. Der Duschkopf ist groß und schwer.
Beim Frühstück war es sehr voll und wir bekamen schlecht Platz.
Am Samstag und Sonntag wurden unter unserem Fenster Bauarbeiten , die Lärm verursachten, vorgenommen.
3 von 4 Fahrstühlen waren defekt.

Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til konsert på Unity Arena.

Cons:

Størknet blod på veggen, møkkete toalett, flekker på sengetøy og støv på overflater.

Rom i 5 etg uten sikring av vinduer, så her kan barn lett falle ut og ned på steinheller. Personalet var klar over at det var ett problem på 75(!) rom!

Personalet var utrolig frekke og påsto at vi var skyld at det var møkkete. Vi hentet soveposer i bilen og lå på gulvet. Informerte og viste personalet bilder og de ble med opp på rommet og bekreftet møkket - men ingen kompensasjon eller unnskyldning selv når rommet koster 4500,-
