La gestion du petit-déjeuner était stressante : machine à café régulièrement à l’arrêt, beaucoup de bruit. Il faudrait investir dans des machines à café supplémentaires et les repartir à plusieurs points stratégiques des 2 salles.
The receptionists and concierge are so excellent. The room is so large compared to other hotels. And we got to have even bigger room when we went to stay at another place and came back to their hotel. It is located near big supermarket and connected to a mall. So convenient!

Lovely comfortable family room. Bathroom facilities were lovely. Super easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was AWFUL! Horrendously busy with guests breakfast room not big enough to manage the capacity of guests. The food looked awful and the food that was meant to be hot was COLD on the buffet.
Level 17 which we had access to was also disappointing at breakfast we assumed it would be at least a similar spread, it wasn’t.
We also were dumbfounded that on all the information given to us at check in not once was it mentioned you need to switch on the light at the door for housekeeping to clean your room.
We were also given laundry credit to use as L17 club member housekeeping ignored the laundry that was clearly set on the bed with the correct sheets in the laundry bag to take.
The cost of this hotel was far too high for the service and quality
Staff were pleasant and I don’t think it’s their fault. I think it’s the management and how they want this hotel to be run which is not consumer friendly.
Would not recommend this hotel and would not return.
