I like how safe it felt. It was very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Staff and breakfast were great.
It was amazing. I would say cleanliness was about 8 out of 10. The whole room was very clean in general. So was the restroom. One of the headboards did have some “interest” handprints lol. There was also a sock under the bed that wasn’t ours. But hey that happens .
The location was perfect and the staff was great.

As always, LOVE this boutique hotel as a fun, local get away! We celebrated our son's birthday and had a great time! LOVED the breakfast and the avocado 🥑 toast offering as a new entry!

The Pacific Inn SAVED our vacation! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the layout is fun and the courtyard pool is neat, breakfast is great and the location can't be beat. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Pacific Inn!!!

We love the Pacific Inn. The staff is wonderful. The location is perfect for shopping and the beach. Breakfast is perfect. Tara the van driver is a great driver, friendly and loves her job.
Friendly people running this place. From the front desk staff, to the Housekeepers. Facilities were comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub area. Close to Main Street restaurants and shopping and Seal Beach 🏖️. I’d stay there again.
Great location for all of the things we wanted to do. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the parking was free and very convenient. The pool and hot tub was a nice unwind.

I've given this review before, but because every time we have stayed here has been such a pleasure, I have to do so once again. I love the staff. They are so patient and helpful and courteous. I've mentioned in the past the hotel is dated, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Because we cruise, it is the PERFECT place to stay since this is one of the few hotels that provide the stay/park/cruise (leaving our car there for the cruise duration and having the great drivers (Tara is one of them! :o) shuttle us to and from the port which is only a 30 minute drive away. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed and we've never been bothered by traffic or noisy guests. The cost for all of these amenities is just another plus. I've tried to find other hotels that offer the services we need and they are so much more pricey! SO, since my family is going to celebrate one of our kids's 25th anniversary next year, they will be seeing us again!
If you are looking for a stay that is MUCH less than the larger hotels….dont hesitate to. The front desk staff is friendly, rooms clean, pool available, free parking, 5 min walk to the beach.
