The price is about it.

Cons:

The non-smoking room stank of cigarettes, and not a little bit. While effort had been made to remodel the room, it was incomplete, and idiosyncratic. The king bed came with three very thin pillows, and while the mattress was okay it was quite uncomfortable due to the pillows. Even the TV remote didn't work.

Cons:

There was cockroaches in the A/C, the room had nasty stuff on the wall, IN THE SECOND ROOM. We moved rooms because the first smelt like smoke in a non-smoking section
