Great place for a one night stop over
Pros:

Sarah welcomed me in at the front desk and told me everything l needed to know. The room was quiet, comfortable and the mattress was wonderful. I slept like a log. The shower was hot and had good pressure.

Cons:

The main room light didn't work. Luckily the lamps were more than adequate.

Great staff, very courteous and a handy location for lots of things.
Pros:

later check in has been very handy. The staff has been nice enough to wait until later in the day to clean my room since I'm working night shift. Very much appreciated.

Nice upgrade, but still needs upgraded.
Pros:

You could tell they try to update te room that was a plus. Setup nice microwave and refrigerator new. TV mounted on wall dresser all nice an neat. .

Cons:

Gap in door, TV needs upgrading, was told I could log into my Netflix. Hiwever, the TV doesn't have Netflix. Only have 5 channels and they skip.Sort of excluded location and people hanging out. Camera on sight, however they can give you information about what they find on the camera. Commode is lose, shower rod and curtain needs adjustment. Need to be painted, looks like old paint was used it's peeled off. Needs more lighting in room, only 2 small lights on side of bed.

Not the best room
Pros:

Close to the event that we were attending

Cons:

The room door would only latch when it was part way open leaving a gap for cold air and noise in. The bathroom door had a bad hinge and you had to pick up on it to get it to latch. And had to have maintenance come to repair a light.

As before, everyone was very nice, and I intend to stay here again when I return.
Pros:

The room as just as clean as the previous week. Each day when I'd return to the room, everything was straightened up and lights left on just as I left them. Even the pillows were placed just as I like them for sleeping. Nice touch.

Cons:

Nothing you have any control over. When the wind shifted, we were right in the flight path from the airport and things were a bit loud until the early hours of the morning. I know that's not your fault.
